“On one of the hottest days this summer in the Gilbert area, Boba Tealight really hit the spot. Nice, cold and refreshing boba tea options. So many flavors to choose from. I opted for a large taro milk tea with boba. Just the right level of sweetness and the boba were the perfect texture. Very refreshing and cool. I would definitely recommend Boba Tealight to my family and friends and will be back to try more of the other delicious flavors.“

The service was friendly and the atmosphere was cute and cozy with some games available(Pokopia/boardgames). Ever since this place open, I’ve been coming to it. I’m really picky with my coffee and God bless all the employees here that have to deal with me and how I like my coffee. So the last two times I’ve been coming you’ve been trying to get it right today Ryan helped me out and we finally figured it out Coffee. The customer service here is absolutely amazing. The place is very nice and clean and The employees are always happy and smiling you can’t find that Nowadays. Keep up the good work. I’m a regular here and thank you for opening up here. “This is a cool place with a cool vibe and an outdoor seating area. I really enjoyed my lemon vanilla. I'm only giving four stars because it was a bit loud in there. The coffee machines were really loud and the people at the tables next to us were loud. I was hoping this would be a chill area to relax and have a conversation. Another reason for not giving five stars is the restrooms do not have a purse hook or paper towels.“

“I was really excited to try this place because my cousin had told me she had an amazing matcha here before. She did mention, though, that it can depend on which barista makes it. After my visit, I can definitely see what she meant.

I ordered the strawberry matcha, and honestly, the color didn’t look quite right when it was all mixed , so I wasn’t expecting much. When I tried it, it tasted like it was mostly milk and didn’t have much matcha or strawberry flavor.

The employee who helped me was super friendly and helpful, so this isn’t a reflection on their customer service at all. From a business perspective, though, I think it would really help to have standardized recipes and mixing ratios so every barista makes the drinks consistently. If you already have recipes in place, it may be worth spending some extra time on training to ensure everyone is on the same page. Consistency is what keeps customers coming back, especially for specialty drinks like matcha. I know this place has the potential to be great, and I hope to give it another try in the future.“
