“I am digging it! They are attached to sushi tokoro however they operate separately. They have their own food menu which consists of breakfast and lunch items as well as a few pastries. Super friendly and happy to answer questions about their unique drinks. Cohesive decor and some chill tunes that are easy to listen while working. I tried the Golden Cup, a turmeric latte. Absolutely unique flavor, surprisingly satisfying. I did order mine hot so I am not sure how it would be as an iced latte.“

“What a gem! I love kava and kratom, this spot delivers it in delicious elixirs. The servers were friendly and helpful. The vibe is nice and chill, we were able to sit and get a bit of work down before our flight. It’s refreshing to have an alcohol free environment too. “My daughters and I had a lot of fun making pottery together! The "teachers" were super nice, knowledgeable and fun! “First time here and we really enjoyed our experience. I was impressed with the customer service, I believe the owner was the one who greeted us and helped us decide what to eat. I had the vegetarian with potatoes and it was yum! I had a salad of potato salad and was just got it because I was curious, I have never had a potato salad with corn and black beans....it was unique and yummy. My friend had a breakfast sandwich and said it was really good. These sandwiches are different and delicious The restaurant is very cute with yummy food. “I really liked my visit to A T Oasis Coffee & Tea Shop. They have great coffee that tastes strong and different from other places. Their tea is good too and there are lots of types to choose from. The place is nice and cozy, a good spot to relax or meet friends. “I visited this establishment recently with a friend who had been here once before. Everything was really delicious. The service was excellent. My friend and I both had the honey lavender latte and I would highly recommend it. I got the Eleanor Benedict, which was really good. My friend got scrambled eggs her way and enjoyed it. “We found this place on accident and what a happy accident it was! This cutely decorated, instagramable looking coffee shop is hidden away inside of a apartment complex and business area off of McDowell nearby the Desert Botanical Garden and Papago Park, which is where we were headed before stopping at Daily Drip. I think their menu is a little too big honestly since it's a lot to look at and decide from. It's 7 TV screens of items, that's quite a bit. They could successfully pair down their items and people would still love it. This is a personal preference though, as some people love places with huge menus, I prefer a more concise menu to help with the decision fatigue that comes along with too many choices. However, all that means is that I will come back and try some of the other items that I thought sounded yummy. Today I was super happy with my choice. I got the iced coconut blue matcha latte. It's delicious. My honey got the cocao turmeric latte which is very good too. It's like a sweeter golden milk latte. It would have been better at 50% sweetness, but that's just our preference. I usually think most drinks are made too sweet so we could have asked for it to be adjusted. Next time I plan to try a coffee drink, crepe, and hopefully have room for their good looking deserts. The chicken pesto toast we shared today was really tasty.“

The barista was so personable even on a busy morning. Coffee was quick to be made and was DELICIOUS. I had the cinnamon vanilla latte with oatmilk (a special I think?) and it tasted like cinnamon toast in a drink. It is something I am now on the hunt for from other shops. “What I REALLY love about this place is that it’s a cute little ice cream shop. What I really despise about it? It’s a little ice cream shop. It’s big enough to walk through and order. The line starts out front so often times people enter through the back not realising there’s a line out front which can be frustrating sometimes because you HAVE to wait out front if the line is long. Seating is only outside, a few tables in front and out back, as I said it is very limited. BUT the ice cream is FANTASTIC! My favorite is the Butter Pecan. I get it every time, and most times in a pretzel cone!!!! Gotta love the sweet and salty combo. They have a smaller selection of flavors, maybe 10-12 but they do also have seasonal flavors that change up. They also have candy and other treats too (cookies, brownies, etc.) You can also order the ice cream to your table if you eat near door at Windsor which is what we typically do.“

Had the flat white and also a double shot espresso on the side to really taste the quality of the roast and it really is great. The roaster really knows how to roast. Had a Columbia that was roasted superb, exactly how I like it. Baristas did a great job making their magic. They do great service and wanted to make sure that you have a good experience there, well done guys. The atmosphere there is so good with a Nordic (Scandinavian) feel to it. “March 2024 update - after nearly two decades, Copper Star continues to captivate a great crowd with excellent coffee , house made bagels, house made cookies, breads, scones and most excellent coffee and tea it's crew is amazing. Jan 2023 update...still amazing after all these years great service, great food ...2022 update- Copper Star made it through the madness of COVID. It was to keep the coffee and treats flowing, but also has introduced amazing scratch made bagels...a true treat. It is still Great as always with amazing coffee and tea beverages and fresh made sweet treats and occasionally even my favorite old school molasses cookies....June 2022 update, amazing experience the last two days, the case was full of goodies, the bagels we're excellent, the tea and coffee suburb. The salted caramel was equally satisfying without the extra calories .Plenty of outside seating to enjoy the Scottsdale weather in November and inside for hotter summers when want to cool off.“

I got the breakfast burrito which had steak chunks and some crazy red sauce that made it my favorite breakfast burrito of all time. Highly recommend this place and shared our experience with others at the tennis tourney at ISP.Kid-friendliness: Kids chicken tenders were making the adults jealous. Definitely did not disappoint.“

“The Teapot was absolutely the perfect venue for our wedding reception. We had an intimate gathering for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. From the beginning Jonathan was informative and covered all the bases, answering all of our questions. We had a brief tour going through the overall plan on site. As the day got closer we had two coordination calls. Most of our communication was via email but Jonathan and his staff did not miss a thing. They have many affordable package options such as decor, service, and drinks that make it easy to just show up and enjoy the day! All of our small details were captured and the staff was attentive and available for our questions. They offered suggestions to ensure our day was perfect. Compared to other venues this was affordable and by far the most memorable venue. The Teapot truly set the mood of our gathering with great music, great energy and had the most charming location and staff. Our guests continue to rave about how excellent the staff and venue was. We cannot recommend working with Jonathan and the Teapot more!“

“@awakencafe.az is a laid-back, beautiful spot to sip a drink while you reflect and the kids play. Located at Valley Presbyterian Church on McDowell, the cafe is open to the public. It's finally cooled down enough where the accordion glass walls are wide open and the indoor/outdoor space flows freely together. The kids really enjoyed their bagels and cream cheese, but I savored the breakfast burrito. A local caterer provides them. It was a good size and filled with eggs, potatoes, cheese and caramelized onions. Perfectly light but flavorful. The outdoor space is large with tons of seating, a grass yard, and climbing toys for toddlers. It was so peaceful. Definitely a spot to return to for reading, studying or work.
