“Our first time dining here and we were pleasantly surprised! I’m so sad we didn’t know they’ve been around sooner. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the sweetest hostess Natasha. We told her we had a larger party of 6 people, we were expecting an easy 30-45 min wait. We were shocked when she said she could take us back immediately. She sat us in a spacious cozy booth. Our server Patra went above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing! She greeted us immediately even though she was very busy. She went out of her way to explain the menu and share her favorite dishes for us to try. Our food was out promptly and everything was hot and fresh. Patra got our order down perfectly as we had some modifications to some of our meals. She periodically checked in on us while we were dining to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our brunch. We truly enjoyed our experience here and cannot wait to be regulars! Also I must share my hubby and 2 kids stated that the food here was better than Hash Kitchen, First Watch, Cracker Barrel, and Black Bear!!!!! All of which we frequent! So excited come back and try more of their delicious top quality food!“

“I was there earlier this morning and was helped by the sweetest lady ever I wish I had gotten her name but she had cute dark curly hair and gorgeous lip piercings she was so upbeat and kind for how early in the morning it was her positive attitude was so contagious I was not having a good morning so her happiness and kindness just meant a lot“

Unfortunately, the people who parked next to me said they did not want to help me to jump my battery ( I had jumper cables). So while the store was very busy) I asked if any of the employees could assist me. Joe, without hesitation, asked his fellow coworker if he could assist me. “The food is good, although the hash browns are usually cold. The coffee is good as long as you don't go after 1pm. Anytime after that, you'll be given coffee that tastes stale and burnt. The employees are really nice and friendly.“

“Coffee Builders is a great little coffee shop just south of Downtown Phoenix! The atmosphere inside it amazing and unexpected! The craft coffee beverages here were amazing and the presentation of them was above parr! It’s not your typical grab and go plastic cups, that’s for sure! While there we also tried the quiche, which was by far some of the best (non traditional) quiches I’ve had!

Parking: There is plenty of parking both along the lot on 7th Street as well as just behind the building!“
