I always have a great experience at Black Rock Coffee Bar! The coffee is consistently good, my drinks are made with care, and the quality keeps me coming back. Black Rock Coffee Bar is known for its convenient locations and friendly service. Customers appreciate the ample parking and easy access. Regulars enjoy personalized service and feel special when their orders are remembered. The iced Mexican Mocha is praised for its perfect balance of ingredients. Smiling baristas enhance the welcoming atmosphere.
However, some customers have noted that the customer service could use improvement. One customer felt they were not greeted and the interaction was awkward, as they had to initiate the ordering process. Another customer mentioned the place is kept so chilly that it feels intentional, making people want to leave due to the cold.
On the other hand, some customers have had positive experiences, with one describing a "sweetest lady ever" who had a "cute dark curly hair and gorgeous lip piercings" and was "so upbeat and kind" despite the early hour. Another customer appreciated the baristas writing a kind message on their drink, which made their day.
