I always have a great experience at Black Rock Coffee Bar! The coffee is consistently good, my drinks are made with care, and the quality keeps me coming back. On top of that, Eliana is always such a bright spot whenever I visit. I see her there so often, and knowing she takes on so many shifts while still being friendly and welcoming really shows her dedication to her job. Not too sure if the barista is having a bad day, but the caramel blondies we got did not have a drip of sweetness to them! I would’ve just made black coffee at home if that’s what I was aiming for… 3PM today 9/22/26. Kind of upset cause this never ever happens!!

Friendly girls that work there.
Drive thru is quick, cafe needs more attention to detail of drinks (as to what drink is what and goes to who, there's nothing written on cups or stickers to note customers/drink names) I notice during a rush they all switch working different...
