They have two types of chai - sweet and spicy. I like to get a mix of both the sweet and spicy and it’s delicious.

They also have gluten free peanut butter cookies that are out of this world.

“I got tired of the regular breakfast options that are walking distance from our office and I came up on this place because some coworkers recommended it. 6/5 stars. Great concept and super polite guy working there. I got the breakfast burrito with birria and couldn’t stop thinking about it. I think I drank the remaining salsa. So I went back the next day and decided to get an everything bagel with spicy bacon jam cream cheese which was also fire. I recommend this place so hard.“

“Finding a quality coffee shop that cares about their grind and pull can be difficult in the Phoenix area. I came across Case Study by chance this afternoon and it lived up to its current rating.
I ordered an oat milk cortado which was smooth, full of flavor and not burnt, acidic or bland. I can tell the barista cared about the grind and pull. Thank you!
The interior is clean, nicely kept up and has a nice modern charm to what appears to be somewhat "tired" surrounding buildings.
I didn't try any of the food, but the menu does look decently interesting. Pricing is comparable to other comparable coffee shops, although much more than you would expect.“

“just amazing. staff was so friendly and helpful. they brought our food and drinks to our table and checked on us several times while we were eating to make sure everything was good. the interior is super cozy and welcoming and there was great folky music playing . the food was incredible and the drinks were even better. could not recommend this place enough“

“My favorite coffeeshop in town! They have the most unique drinks and the nicest staff. It is also amazing to see that they always stand up for a good cause. “My wife heard about Mis Raices Café through family and facebook. We are always looking to try new places around town. My wife, one of our daughters, and I stopped in this morning. The atmosphere was very positive and relaxed with the baristas and other customers. We each had a different drink choice: Duvalin Iced Latte, Marzipan Iced Latte, and a Carmel Iced Latte. All three looked amazing just from the presentation when the baristas made them. They all tasted just as amazing. Once we left we realized we may have been sitting next to the owner and his daughter. If we realized it when we were there we would have told him how impressed we were and it is one of the few we would beyond highly recommend to everyone. No doubt we have found a new favorite local spot we will definitely be coming back regularly. To the entire team at Mis Raices, you are doing a phenomenal job with everything. Thank you!“

“The interior of the place is dark as black coffee. The skeletal wall art, venomous viper door handle, and sus (to me) pentagram at the front counter gave off a sort of “sipping coffee with Satan” vibe.

The display case was fat with delicious baked treats so I grabbed a chunk of cinnamon-sugar crumb coffee cake with a cup of house blend coffee.

When the barista pointed out the creepy-cute cinnamon skull baked into my cake, I didn’t know if I was supposed to eat it or hang it up as skull wall art.

So I just took it to my table and admired it a bunch. And then pretty much inhaled it like a demon! And it was really YAMMO!“

“I've been walking here when I can instead of biking because of thr poor bike racks, but I'm really pleased with the new layout inside. Feels more spacious and it was nice to sit in a couch. Just wish they could get their front door to close all the way. You can feel the heat creep in and it's just wasteful.

Parking: Don't come here if you're driving. It's so close to the light rail, bike lanes, and super walkable region. Driving to a coffee shop in the Roosevelt Row just means we have to continue making sure businesses keep providing you ample space for your vehicles, which is space that could be used for people and economically beneficial options.“

“Great spot for brunch! This place runs along the canal and has open outdoor seating (covered). The options for brunch are so good, and there are several breakfast bevys to try that are tasty. This place feels relaxed and casual. Inside, there is a boutique shop with fun treasures.“

“Excellent coffee, teas, and vegan munchies. Fun and imaginative drinks for any mood. Highly recommend trying any of their coffees or teas with their various flavored foams. The iced blueberry tea with blueberry foam is light, refreshing, and out of this world. Steep is also a warm and inviting place to come hang out and work. I am usually disappointed with vegan food offerings in coffee shops, but their breakfast sandy is delicious! The slaw in the sandy takes it over the top.“
