I did originally get left hanging in drive thru for a few minutes, they asked me to hold on and then never came back to me, there was no one else in line with me 🤔 though I believe it was a fluke“

“The food, coffee and donuts are excellent but the customer service is stellar! Always so nice when you go in but we also order delivery a lot due to mobility issues. This morning the third-party delivery service messed up. The manager however, fixed the issue going above and beyond. Highly recommend.“

“This trip was especially to turn a friend on to the the 911. The gal that took our order was efficient. My friend asked me if they were always this busy or was it busy because of that days promo (4 medium coffees for $16). Actually, we hit it at a pretty good time. Even though both lanes were busy, they were not as backed up as I have seen. The lines moved quickly. I enjoyed the Hopscotch, zero sugar, iced protein mocha while me friend thoroughly enjoyed his 911. We didn't order any of their snack items. I find them a little overpriced for what you get.“

“The first time I went they didn’t have regular hot coffee and the blueberry scone was raw. The second time I wanted a brown sugar shaken espresso and they didn’t have the brown sugar 🙁. Hopefully the third time will be much better 😃“

“Devon was very kind and helped us decide what drinks to get. Offering recommendations and unique combinations that we haven’t tried before. He was excited and kind, which isn’t necessary but always a nice experience when ordering drinks. Devon truly gave us an amazing customer service experience. The drinks were also delicious!!! I had had a stressful day at the car dealership and the combination of Devon and the delicious drinks made my day much better!“
