So disappointed!Why are you charging for 20 oz drinks and serving in obviously undersized cups that when weighed are only 15 oz including the cup?!? Using holiday cups w your logo and paying for them by undercutting what your regular loyal customers are paying to get is a lowsy way of doing business.
