“I have to shout out one specific barista on 4/25, Sam, and she was amazing. Not only was she working insanely hard and staying calm during a huge rush, but she was also genuinely so funny. Like, effortlessly funny in a way that made the whole experience feel lighter and more enjoyable even with a long line. She handled every order with care, stayed friendly the entire time, and still managed to joke around and entertain me. That kind of energy is rare. And the whole team deserves recognition too, everyone was moving nonstop, supporting each other, and keeping things running smoothly despite how busy it was. It’s not easy, but they made it look effortless. I can’t imagine how hard these kids work to keep up with the demands, but I appreciate everyone’s hard work and kindness. I’ll be honest, I never tip, but today I absolutely had to. Sam and the team really earned it. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.“
