“Black Rock has been my favorite coffee place since 2017. I love everything about it from the industrial decor to the amazing coffee. I have yet to go to a black rock where the employees are rude or fake. And I recommend black rock in general to absolutely anyone. Especially if theyre still paying for StarSucks.“

“I'm so surprised to read the negative reviews regarding customer service at this location. I have only experienced the workers here being consistently nice. I only pulled up the reviews today because once again, I had a wonderful experience here getting my morning coffee and wanted to let you know.
I love the little sayings written on the cups, Starbucks! It's a simple action but it really is a nice touch!“
“Absolutely amazing staff! I had an issue with a mobile order but the staff was super patient and kind and didn’t make me feel like it was a problem at all! Even though the drive through was packed and they were clearly busy. They were able to place my order again and still got it ready super fast.“
“Amazing dutch and they've improved speed from when they first open, staff are so friendly and understanding especially when I come in buying drinks for all my coworkers with different mods and they were so chill about it. One time I forgot my wallet and the girl taking my order was so nice and still gave me my drink. Now I always come back to this location!!!💚💚“
