Michelle had a very warm and welcoming presence as she greeted every customer that walked through the door. She handed out compliments left and right as she worked to get our orders out as fast as possible. I overheard a conversation she had with a new hire. It was refreshing to see someone show incredible patience and radiate positivity as she gave the new girl a pep talk. They’re definitely busy which you could assume for the only Starbucks in this part of Santan, but the service is always relatively fast for the crowd and the workers are always so sweet, I love coming in to sit down instead of driving through. The inside is so cute too. 10/10 ☺
