I wish Subway still did deals for footlongs, a 6in is not enough food for me. Thankfully the girl there helped me find a way to work with the deal to get a cheaper footlong but still, I miss when it was a simple deal. The staff here are very nice and I usually stop after I shop for groceries.
Hit Walmart at lunchtime, was hungry so I nabbed a foot long ham at the subway franchise inside. They were adequately staffed and there was no wait to order. My sandwich was put together quickly and there was no scrimping on the ingredients. Great fresh bread and fresh meats and veggies too. I haven’t been watching the price of subs and was surprised to see that their foot long standard ham sub with no upgrades is now $8. Even so, it was a large satisfying bite.
