ms patel is single-handedly one of the WORST subway employees i have even encountered. she does not produce good product, she's forgetful, she is unkind to her coworkers and she does not know how to properly interact with customers? she's extremely dismissive and rude. it's disheartening seeing the way she yells at and argues with her coworkers in front of customers. the worst part about all of this? this isn't the first time i've experienced patels mistreatment!!! in the past i've witnessed her stealing tips from her teenage coworkers. this is a grown woman!!! not only are you a grown woman probably of retirement age working at a subway acting like you own the place when you DONT but you're stealing money from children? really? how much worse could you get?? ms patel is unsociable, rude, inconsiderate a thief and a bully!! she should not be employed at this store. i love coming to this store and interacting with any of the other employees, all of the managers are extremely kind and they've taught their staff this behavior. this store is better without patel!! please get her out of here!!!

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. The restaurant was dirty, food was not good and the service was even worse than the trash on the floor.Only came here because it's inside of Walmart & I had time to kill since my car was being serviced. Wanted a meatball sub, was told "we don't have meatballs because the morning shift didn't take any out". Fine, so I settled for a Philly cheese steak. HA HA, I didn't get that, why, because they didn't have any onions or mushrooms. When I got to the register I was asked what kind of sandwich I got, I told they guy: A bread, meat & cheese sandwich. He looked confused. I told him that was all they had & were out of so much. I went on to ask for a discount. He looked at his coworker & told him my request & they both laughed. I didn't see anything funny.I asked for 2 SMALL drinks, the guy told me they only had med & lrg which I found out he lied when I went to ask for a refund for the med drink he charged me for. The drink machine was completely out of everything except water and ice. I didn't understand why this wasn't mentioned at the time I was sold cups. When I brought it to the attention of one of the guys, he told me no one has refilled it & he can't because he's off the clock (he was on a break). They were not that busy and there were at least 4 people working. Those are the laziest employees I have ever seen. None of them takes pride in the restaurant. No one swept, wiped tables, prepped food or refilled the soda machine. This Subway is going to lose a lot of business. I know it's hard to find employees but why pay people just to show up? Have some standards. Very disappointed Subway. I will NEVER eat here again, even if the employees are replaced.

We tried the app for the first time and this will probably be the last time we go to this Subway. 5/12/23 subs were said to be ready at 7:15pm. It even said that they were ready on the App. We went at 7:15 and they hadn’t even started. Now 7:30 and they started to make them then stopped to help another customer. When we got them home the Subs were made with wrong bread and one was supposed to have double meat and double cheese and hardly any meat and next to NO cheese. Do not recommend this subway. Do better.

I placed an online order and when I arrived the store was closed. The business hours on Subways website and on Google both show the store was open for another hour after I arrived. The employee I spoke with stated that they were unable to issue me a refund. The phone number for this location doesn’t work. When I called the store to work this out with management it immediately went to a prerecorded message stating that the voicemailbox had not been setup yet. This location will happily take your money without providing a product and then make you jump through hoops of fire to get your money back.

I ordered through Uber eats the following at the Subway location on Combs in Queen Creek:6 " tuna melt with cheddar, onions, jalapenos, and mayoand 6" Outlaw which comes with double pepper jack, green pepper, onions, and baja chipotle. What Subway gave me was a tuna melt with everything I asked for, plus LOTS of extra cheese. The Outlaw had no cheese at all, mayo instead of baja chipotle, no onions, and they added jalapenos.I called the Subway store, and Samantha, who told me she's the manager, answered the phone. She was unfriendly before I even started speaking, and when I told her my order was wrong, she immediately told me to call Uber and they would refund me. I told her that I would contact them, but she needed to know about it because it was Subways error. She pulled up my order, and asked me to tell her exactly what I got. I told her, and she very sarcastically said well, I'm sorry for the MINOR error (she emphasized minor), and again told me to call Uber. I told her that it wasn't a minor error, that the sandwiches were completely wrong, and told her she had a bad attitude. She then said "okay, SHANNON, (again placing sarcastic emphasis on my name this time), 'I'm going to write down your name then and the next time you try to order from us I'm voiding your order". Then she hung up on me. I can honestly say that this might be the rudest, most aggressive employee I think I've ever encountered. I didn't curse at her, raise my voice, nothing.... just wanted to issue a complaint about my order getting so messed up. She was pretty awful, and I can't imagine a person like this doing your franchises any favors by running a store.

Facility not well maintained. Staff has attitude problems. Bread was dry. Meatballs were cold.

Ordered online delivery and every single ingredient was missing or incorrect except the base meat. How is this acceptable?

We often stop by Subway for a bite after we are done shopping at Walmart, that was our intention today the 16th, we were the only people in line with 2 ladies behind the counter, there was a 12 inch sandwich sitting there, the older woman proceeded to put another bread down and make another sandwich, then she goes to the oven and takes out another sandwich, completely ignoring us she proceeded to start finishing up the three sandwiches, all the whole keeping the other employee over by the soda machine cleaning up a mess, anyway after 15 minutes we start to walk away to go to Jack in the Box, and she (older Indie lady) the manager I'm sure, yells ok come again!!!!! Not likely unless she is gone.

After a bad experience a few months ago I thought I would try it again. 2 out of 3 of the employees acted like I was bothering them. I asked for my sandwich toasted. The toaster as donebut neither would take it out. I asked them to please take out the sandwich and of course the bread was burnt. I asked 1 of them to please remake it. She actually said "you don't want this one". I said I didn't really want to eat a burnt club sandwich. While huffing and puffing she made another one then left it on the counter while she took care of the next customerI finally asked the cashier to please wrap up my sandwich. If these people don't want to work there than they should find a different type of job. I will definitely not try this Subway again.

I wish Subway still did deals for footlongs, a 6in is not enough food for me. Thankfully the girl there helped me find a way to work with the deal to get a cheaper footlong but still, I miss when it was a simple deal. The staff here are very nice and I usually stop after I shop for groceries.

Went to get kids meals to take to my granddaughters lunch at school. Was there around 11:20 a.m. and it wasn't busy. There was one person ahead of me. As I was trying to order, I asked the girl helping me if Tuna could be put in place of other choices in the kids meals? ( I have one child that doesn't eat meat) She asked the gentleman that was working with her. I offered to pay the difference but I was told NO! So I went ahead and got one kids meal and a 6 inch tuna. As I was paying, I thought it was pretty expensive. Because the price was $14 and some change. I asked if he charged me for the milk? He replied yes, I then said "it comes with the kids meal" and "aren't I supposed to recieve a cookie or apple sauce?" The older gentleman proceeded to hollar at me and said he didn't have time to argue with me, to just take it!! I looked at him in dismay and replied "wow" and proceeded to leave. As I'm walking away he hollered "I don't like you!" In shock I turned and said well... "I really don't like you either"This is the closest subway to my home and will most likely be the last time I will give them my service!!! ??

Giving a 1 is generous. footlong with 2 pieces of meat. I dont even like meat. It had to be a few days old bread. they said it was fresh. it was so dry you couldnt chew it. it wasnt burnt, dry and old. manager was arguing they dont use old bread. they do. dont give them a dime.

I have never been to a place that a manager verbally attacks their employees and in front of customers. It was hard to see and listen to while waiting in line. This lady was so rude to these employees. I will never go there again. I hope they get something done about this.
