“The food was great. My only disappointment was that my chicken potato only had 4 small bites of chicken but the potato was dressed perfectly. The tacos had a good amount of chicken so my granddaughter was pleased. She always orders extra protein and she was able to the extra home to have as a snack later. The Jamaica was soon good! We will definitely visit again when we are on that side of town.“

“About 12:30pm on a monday. No line, we went through the drive through. The girl who took our order was so nice and polite she remembered to ask for our rewards and got us $5 off the order. The fries and shake we ordered were fresh and delicious.“

“I tried Zaxby's about 4 years ago when I flew out to TN, really loved it then, have been raving about it for years. Now that they are in Arizona though, I decided to drive about 20 miles for it today. You have to understand, I had very high expectations. The experience EXCEEDED my expectations. Food and service was impeccable; the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Probably the best service I've ever had as far as fast food goes. Absolutely amazing.“

“If i could i would give this location a higher rating. we always get amazing service and nothing but kindness. We ordered lunch during breakfast which we knew would take longer than usual. they parked us then came out and started apologizing we told them we were in no rush and no need to apologize. they came back in less than 3 minutes with our food and said they threw some free food cards in there. They had amazing customer service!!“

“There is an Employee named Kaleb who goes above and beyond every time I go there. He is always pleasant and efficient no matter how busy they are. All the employees are great there but Kaleb is stellar. The place is spic and span and service is quick and my order is always correct. He is a fantastic representative of your company and I thought you should know this.“

“I've been here several times and really enjoyed it. My last visit was not up to their typical standard. The person who helped at the counter was very difficult to understand and he was wearing a dirty Santa hat (Christmas was a month ago). He also made sure to be very skimpy with toppings. There were about 5 pepperonis on a Mod sized pizza. Maybe a small pinch of bacon. Cheese was almost non-existent on two slices.“

“I’ve been meaning to leave a review but let me just say every time I have been to this jack in the box they have never done me wrong I always get the same thing 4 orders of the two tacos and two breakfast jacks with ranch and taco sauce. I come during the night most of the time with my bf there’s always two gentlemen working and they always are polite and have great customer service same with the two people I seen this afternoon everyone’s customer service is excellent. On this visit my husband had a gift card that was not working.
We wound up paying another way but the cashier and manager were beyond understanding and patient.
We did get the gc figured out for next time.“

“I’ve been ordering from this location for a while now heck I’m sure atp they’re getting tired of seeing my customizations pop up lol. And up until this point I’ve never had an issue ordering through their mobile app until tonight. I placed an order for delivery hoping to receive my dinner in due time but after an hour of waiting and never receiving my food after a dasher named Dominyc G close to that spelling picked it up. Thankfully as always this location rocked and even tho the doordasher was out of their control they did everything they could to make sure my order got remade and that I got my dinner, so thank you greatly Tori and the night staff at Rittenhouse location transitioning from the night of August 14th to the next morning.
