Charles, Austen, Miles, and Navea on the shift were amazing! A line to the door when we walked in, was at first weary about how long it may take, but they were blazing! “My kids love going, especially on family night (the first Tuesday of every month). On family night, you get a free child entree with the purchase of an adult entree and they also have free face painting. The burgers are higher quality fast food and you can earn points with the app towards free food“

“I live less than 2 mins drive from the Jack in the Box at Higley & Pecos... John and his night crew are the only reason for me to order and drive an extra 10+ mins. This review is me being thankful for them, because i know how hard a nightshift can be. Trying to sleep during the day when the neighbors dogs barking while nobody is home to quiet them down, or landscapers spending 3 hours with mowers and leafblowers. 9 to 5'ers don't understand the h*ll that does long term... rarely does John and his crew mess up my order, or give me cold fries... 99 out of 100 times, they are still better than any other fast food night crew from similar competition.“

“The employees were super friendly and all had a smile on their faces. I showed up late to meet family and grabbed a blizzard. I had a couple minutes wait time for my order and was able to join them. The seating inside is smaller and limited. I think I recall seeing some outside seating but it was cold when I visited.

Prices have definitely gone up. $6.29 for a small blizzard is expensive!! They did have a 10% military discount.

Parking: The parking lot is smaller and is shared with other businesses. I visited late one evening and was able to find parking. The parking lot is rather odd for design.

Kid-friendliness: Yes. Perfect for kids. And people of all ages.

“Staff members are not always friendly at this location. The food is fresh and usually prepared well, but 8 prefer not to do business at this location. I visit for an elderly family member who resides close by.
I really wish this location had some of the previous staff. Kind and attentive. They placed napkins in the bag and would ask if you needed any sauce, just in case you forgot.
They did not hand you your bag of food as they turned their head away. They also said thank you or have a good day.

“You may not believe this but in the past 3 weeks I’ve tried (for the first time) Carls Jr, Nutella, and going to a chiropractor. While the back cracker helps my body and the hazelnut spread healed my soul, let me just say that Carls Jr Bacon Avocado Burger truly scratches the heavens.

I’m not sure if the condiments conspired to taste so good together or not, but combined with French Fries and a Coca Cola it was rather amazing.“

The manager/boss lady, Frances was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and leads this Taco Bell with the fire and zest, equivalent to my favorite item on the menu, spicy potato taco, that a leader needs. The drive thru girl was also super efficient and knows exactly what I need, it’s like she can read minds! The other staff looked to be some of the hardest working individuals I’ve seen at a Mesa Taco Bell so far. Anyway, 100/10, would recommend!“

“I know mistakes are made from time to time but this was terrible “Asiago chicken combo “ fry’s were cold it’s just sad I feel like absolutely no effort was put into my meal. Chicken was tough and stringy and cold! Only thing that was warm was the bun. Also the chili I ordered was cold! the guy making the food looked me in the eyes and still served me 15$ of crap not to mention the computer was down so I couldn’t use my rewards. “I was searching for a last minute cake and was asked for find a “Reese’s Peanut Buttercup Blizzard Cake”. After making a few phone calls to another location and not receiving a call back or answer, I reached out to this location. Katie was very pleasant and helpful. She confirmed that they do have the cake we wanted and she shake they would be able to personalize it as well. Unfortunately, I was at work so I had to use Ubereats to deliver the cake. Ubereats didn’t have the cake listed so Katie recognized my name from the phone call and knew exactly what I wanted and the personalized message I needed. I am very pleased with her service!“

The guy at the window handed me my bag and said Have a nice day. Silly me, thinking all my food was there.
Drive back there to get my missing tacos, only for them to make me feel like they did not believe me. No, I'm so sorry or here's a nachos for your trouble.
Just a don't know how that happened. Let me see your receipt. Handing me a bag with no acknowledgement at all. Looking at the next customer.
That's a shame. That is one of the closer fast food restaurants to me, and I do like Taco Bell.
Just not the service I received inside the restaurant.

“I walked in and thought possibly the place was being ran some robbers. The workers looked like straight gangsta BUT they were both super nice dudes and made my sub perfect. I left them a nice tip and enjoyed my lunch. They have the best raspberry cheesecake cookies I've ever had. If they stop selling those I won't be back.“
