The server asked us how we liked our meal and we said even tho it was very tasty it was too spicy for my wife. She immediately said what else can I get for you. And suggested a grilled chicken breast and promptly got it for her. No extra charge. We appreciate that kind of service. Overall a great experience ! We are from out of town but would definitely go back next time in town .“

“I was traveling through on my way to another state when I decided to stop in for Freddy's and grab a bite to eat. I was greeted by one of the sweetest people I've ever met. Her name was Mariah. It's really hard to find good customer service these days, and it was pleasant to find somebody who made actual conversation, who greeted you pleasantly. She took my order, and the order ended up being wrong. Now, I was super upset 'cause I was so tired from traveling with four kids. I went up, I started causing a scene. She handled it so well, even though I was definitely out of line. I started to cause my scene when my husband brought to my attention that he did not order my food correctly, and it was not Freddy's problem, it was mine. I apologized, but she still handled it so well. She was so professional. She was so kind at the end. We ended up laughing and joking. Everything turned out alright. I would have to say this is one of the best Freddy's I have been to. Food was fresh the restaurant was clean and great customer service we all left happy“

She absolutely made this visit worth 5 stars! The speaker was broken, so she took our order at the window! It was impressive because she showed great knowledge about the menu. Not only that, but she provided excellent costumer service. SHE was the reason why the experience was so great. ELLIE stands out. She made it an amazing experience- one that I'm still thinking about.

“Lunch from Freddy’s today!
Great variety menu but I love their burgers….thin, double patty’s (which to me isn’t a bad thing because it’s sort of crispy) and full of flavor. I love their thin, crispy french fries but today I tried the tater tots and WOW! Those were YUM too! You shouldn’t skip dessert because their icecream sundaes and shakes are delish! My favorite is the Turtle Sundae.
The drive-thru takes a little bit longer than most drive-thru’s but the food comes out hot & fresh and the staff is super friendly and welcoming, which is a nice change from typical fast food res. You absolutely must give Freddy’s a try! PS: You can thank me later! ;-)“

“The employees were super friendly and all had a smile on their faces. I showed up late to meet family and grabbed a blizzard. I had a couple minutes wait time for my order and was able to join them. The seating inside is smaller and limited. I think I recall seeing some outside seating but it was cold when I visited.

Prices have definitely gone up. $6.29 for a small blizzard is expensive!! They did have a 10% military discount.

Parking: The parking lot is smaller and is shared with other businesses. I visited late one evening and was able to find parking. The parking lot is rather odd for design.

Kid-friendliness: Yes. Perfect for kids. And people of all ages.

“This Applebee’s on Ray and power is fantastic! The food is great. The service is outstanding. The atmosphere is wonderful.
We always choose to sit in a bar area where Kat waits on us she is amazing!!! I have taken family and friends here and it’s amazing. You walk out of there happy and full of good food.
I’ve been coming to this particular Applebee’s for seven years and will continue to go. I look forward to introducing Kat to family and friends again she takes care of the entire seating area and bar. And one thing that I really love and appreciate is not only does she remember my name and the name of my family members that come in she remembers what we drink and asks if we want our usual which for me is a fantastic juicy cheeseburger with pickles. She always gets it right
It is wonderful to be able to go into a restaurant and let me add an affordable restaurant with great service and great atmosphere. And I don’t want to forget when Kat is not there. David is there and he is so wonderful. So truly you can’t go wrong. We love sitting in the bar area. We go between 11 and 3 o’clock in the afternoon in the music is nice and the people are great and the food is absolutely delicious.

“I am visiting from Michigan with my family and we stopped in to grab a bite to eat. From the start, the employee was so sweet and displayed amazing customer service skills. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. She was patient, friendly and had a smile on her face the whole time while we placed our order. The food was good- especially loved the fries and wings! My 4 year old son absolutely loved his burger and said it was better than in n out. The wings took a bit longer to come out and employee and manger were very gracious about a d kept apologizing and tried, we really really appreciated them going above and beyond. If I return, it was because of their excellent customer service. It was also very clean inside, they kept wiping down the tables. Thank you for the great customer service, which is hard to find these days.“
