Hadn't been to Applebee's in probably 10yrs, but all the other nearby restaurants were extremely full with long waits. No wait at Applebee's. In fact, that made me a bit nervous. I must say though, the food was ok. I may actually go back again. The service was just ok, but practically everyone has staffing issues these days. So i'll give them a pass on staffing. Great place for moderately priced lunch or dinner. Friendly and usually efficient service. Daytime manager (Eric?) always stops by table to make certain your happy. Good specials. We often go on Monday when any burger and fries on menu is just $9.99. Great burgers! They now offer 10% discount for veterans, which is meaningful for me.

Cheyenne was our server and an absolute gem. She was patient with my grandparents and just incredibly sweet. If I were a local I would recruit her for my company. She was a fantastic representation of true customer service.
