Crazy busy and long wait. Was inside waiting for a while and the management came around asking if we needed anything and offered my daughter an ice cream while we waited. It’s a nice change to see management taking care of customers.

This is the SECOND TIME i have gone to this McDonald's and gotten home without part of my order. I like this McDonald's because their fries are always amazing despite the very slow service but, as I said, I just got home for the second time without part of my order. 10pc nuggeys both times. Why can't these people had out the nuggies that are ordered and paid for??? Worse, when I called to tell them, the like was picked up and hung up without anyone answering. Previous review was not a flattering one for this location. Seems they took it to heart and are doing remarkably better in almost all aspects. Customer service is friendly, polite, and really accurate. Food is accurate for your order. You get through the drive thru much quicker now and they are serving their customer incredibly well. If you need a quick bite and a cheap one, head on over to this McDs.
