Are you prepared to wait in the parking lot for 20+ minutes for a simple breakfast sandwich order that the guy at the drive through window told you would be "right out"? If so, this is the place for you!

Honestly can't believe they have anything above 2 stars. I went once a year ago had great service. The line was slow moving as usual with drive thru's. Same guy at the window as before had the worst attitude closed the window and was low key cussing me out which I could here through the window because he messed up my order and I was trying to correct it. Someone said a lot of Karen's complaining, I disagree the workers working don't want to work and you can tell. I will never go back to this location.

Crazy busy and long wait. Was inside waiting for a while and the management came around asking if we needed anything and offered my daughter an ice cream while we waited. It’s a nice change to see management taking care of customers.

This isn’t uncommon at McDonald’s for managers to be rude and have attitude problems. But I went in today, used the app to place my order & it glitched on me when I had placed my order. So I went inside to talk to the employees, the manager there was extremely rude to me about the whole situation, kept walking away from me, wouldn’t even give me the time of day. I remained calm & tried talking to her. Only for her to sit there & continuously ask me “what do you want me to do” so I asked “well what CAN you do” because clearly I was having an issue with the app, which is NOT my fault or problem. So she ended up giving me my free food reward that I ordered and still talked to me with disrespect. Glaring at me, Then after all that she then asked for my name, and low & behold my order paper was just sitting there. cmon, if you hate your job that much, just go elsewhere. Don’t treat your customers poorly.

Was missing items and was told it was in the bag. It wasn't and went back and forth until they realized food was missing.
This is the SECOND TIME i have gone to this McDonald's and gotten home without part of my order. I like this McDonald's because their fries are always amazing despite the very slow service but, as I said, I just got home for the second time without part of my order. 10pc nuggeys both times. Why can't these people had out the nuggies that are ordered and paid for??? Worse, when I called to tell them, the like was picked up and hung up without anyone answering. When I called back, the line is busy or hung up again. What The Actual? Do you just like being terrible?

The worst one o have been too. They are slow as molasses. No one knows how to count change. The drive through is the worst and ordering online from here isn’t worry it. They screw up your order construction. By the time I got my food all of the fries were cold!! Do better. You are not to the McDonald’s standard.
