“I don’t normally review places, let alone chain restaurants. Tonight we were with our two year old (her first time). We hadn’t been into a Red Robin in forever. In the middle of dinner, my daughter needed a break and I was walking her around. We looked at the claw machine. My daughter wanted to use it but we weren’t planning on extra stuff that evening. A hostess saw us and offered to blow up a balloon for my daughter. These are the little things in hospitality that make a difference. Red Robin is always a consistent establishment. But we will be back to THIS Red Robin because of the thoughtful woman who offered my child a balloon on a busy Saturday night when she probably didn’t have to.“
