“I would recommend everything about this restaurant. Your experience starts with the staff at the front, everyone is on point and attentive. I didn’t see a single time that the wait and floor staff left the area without seeking eye contact from other diners. Then ….. the kitchen. Watching during a mid-service rush, you will see the calm energy that only comes from a great team culture. Everyone focused on each and every detail. Nothing goes out that doesn’t meet the team’s high standards. This kind of brigade can only come from one thing. The Chef….. Cory Oppold has always led by example. He showed everyone how deep his character was during the “Sack Lunch” and In-Home dining year. I don’t think there is anyone I would rather work beside in a kitchen than Chef Cory. The Food…… Every component adding to the story… some whispers, some screams…… taunting, flirting, enticing the culinary listener to turn the page in anticipation. Beautiful food that is as exciting to taste as it is to look at…… winner winner Squab, John Dory, and Steak dinner!! The entrees are big enough to share so be sure and bring a friend or you'll be taking home enough for another meal.

“The restaurant was very, very, very crowded. They didn't seem to have enough waiter staff, but all in all our young lady did a pretty good job. There were a few mix ups with the food. When it first came out so everybody there were 6 of us did not eat at the same time, I find that unacceptable. Bad management in the kitchen some of the prices for these skinny meals, we're way out offline. We had the steak with the mushrooms and the mashed potatoes. There was a teaspoon of mashed potatoes in each dish. I know it's a skinny meal, but you have to be

“Always an amazing experience! I recently retired and hosted a lunch for my family and closest friends at Cooper's Hawk. The menus were titled with my name. My server was beyond the epitome of excellence. (Cherise?) I was able to use my wine club bottles for my guests. The food as always was delectable, cooked to perfection and presented picture perfect. Later, I was made aware Chef Will at the Scottsdale location ensured our experience was impeccable.
On another occasion Chef Will ensured my red snapper was presented with the fish being moist, flavorful and in line with my expectations. Chef Will is the reason I elected to have my retirement lunch at Cooper's Hawk. The consistency in receiving phenomenal food that is memorable in flavor was the determining factor of having my event.

“Fist visit, but won't be the last. They had a prefixed menu with a 16 oz prime NY strip plus salad, side and desert for $80. All the food was very good but the steak was delicious! Perfectly cooked to order with a bit of a smoky flavor. The Cesar salad was really good too - great dressing. Our server Dan was very professional yet personable and hit every mark. Very high level of service. Also a beautiful facility with a fantastic outdoor patio. Overall, great dining experience. Well done to the Roaring Fork team!“

“Exceptional food, unforgettable service

I had the chicken Caesar wrap, and I honestly can’t stop thinking about it. The wrap was absolutely showered in Parmesan cheese, not skimpy, not subtle, but perfectly indulgent in the most delicious way. The grilled chicken was charred to perfection, juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite was better than the last.

The wrap came with a side of Italian pasta, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. It complemented the meal beautifully and elevated the entire experience, it wasn’t just a side, it felt intentional and comforting.

But what truly made this visit stand out was Gigi, who I believe is the restaurant manager. She was absolutely amazing kind, attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. Her presence alone elevated the entire experience. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and the team, and she represents Born & Bred exceptionally well. She is an incredible hire and a true asset to the restaurant.

Great food brings people in, but great people make them come back and Gigi is exactly that. Born & Bred has something special here, and I’ll definitely be returning.

I ordered a filter coffee with an extra Expresso shot (very good) and my wife got an Americano and gave it an OK, she'd come back but would order what I had. “Our gals on the go group went to artichoke grill for lunch today ((2/5/25). The food was wonderful and the students did a great job. My main waiter was Sean and I hope our table put him at ease by the end of the lunch. He is a great kid and I’m so glad we had him as our main server. All of the students helped each other and it was fun to see the young people enjoying serving others. The instructor was also very informative as to the program and it’s goals.

“Great restaurant with average prices. There is a free valet just steps from the entrance. This restaurant is right as you walk in the door from valet...before you get to the slot machines. The interior is unique and cozy (circular dining room). Great venue when it's hot!“

“We were staying at a place nearby and came here 3 nights in a row. The bartender, Kobi, was AWESOME. He was so friendly, attentive, and made fantastic cocktails. Grace was also so friendly and attentive. They both made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back next time we're in town. Shrimp tacos are really good, too!“
