“I would recommend everything about this restaurant. Your experience starts with the staff at the front, everyone is on point and attentive. I didn’t see a single time that the wait and floor staff left the area without seeking eye contact from other diners. Then ….. the kitchen. Watching during a mid-service rush, you will see the calm energy that only comes from a great team culture. Everyone focused on each and every detail. Nothing goes out that doesn’t meet the team’s high standards. This kind of brigade can only come from one thing. The Chef….. Cory Oppold has always led by example. He showed everyone how deep his character was during the “Sack Lunch” and In-Home dining year. I don’t think there is anyone I would rather work beside in a kitchen than Chef Cory. The Food…… Every component adding to the story… some whispers, some screams…… taunting, flirting, enticing the culinary listener to turn the page in anticipation. Beautiful food that is as exciting to taste as it is to look at…… winner winner Squab, John Dory, and Steak dinner!! “This salmon salad was my absolute favorite! Our sea bass entree was also really good. We initially asked to sit outside because the dining room was super AC but it was clear after a few minutes it was too hot. My mom asked the server to sit inside but in the smaller dining room that opened up to the patio. Our server happily moved us there. The heat from outside offset the super AC making it the perfect temp! Our server was very nice and attentive, never had to look around for her. Would definitely recommend!“

“First time to the castle and my mother and I had a fantastic time. We saw the show today 8/30, sat in the red/yellow section, table 3 and our server was excellent. The food was delicious and hot, just the right amount of seasoning.
The show is a great combination of skill, beauty and WWE. The entire event was great, they kept things moving, and kept us engaged waving our flags and cheering for our knight. There isn’t a bad seat in the arena so if you don’t want to break the bank then go for the general admission ticket and enjoy the show and food.
I would definitely go back for another show. Bravo to the entire team at the castle.“

“The service is great. It was really busy when I went in, but the waitress did her best to make sure my table was doing just fine. She did have multiple other tables and had a large party to take care of, she did apologize about any inconvenience. Every thing was amazing though. I ordered the shrimp scampi. I thought it was a little pricey for what I got, BUT, the flavors had me change my mind. It was absolutely delicious. It was my first time trying and I will try it again for sure. I had also gotten an Arnold Palmer with green tea and it was extremely refreshing. The bread provided before the meal came out steaming! Delicious! Highly recommend!“

“My son is a member, and we have always enjoyed coming to Cooper's Hawk, so I felt it was important to share some feedback about the service we received. Unfortunately, our server seemed very rushed and did not stay at the table long enough to fully listen to our requests. When we first arrived, she took only three drink orders for our party of four and walked away before the fourth person could order a beverage. The same thing happened when we ordered appetizers. We gave her one appetizer order, and before we could order the second, she immediately said “got it” and walked away. Later, when she came back to take our dinner order, we asked for about five minutes to make our selections. We then waited approximately 10–15 minutes before she returned. The food was good, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we appreciate the value of the restaurant, but the service from this particular server was disappointing and did not reflect the level of attention we normally expect, especially as members. I'm not looking to make a public complaint or create an issue for anyone, but I did want management to be aware because the experience could have been much better with just a little more attentiveness and patience at the table.“

Even though our interaction before the issue was brief, his friendly and attentive attitude truly stood out and reflected the level of service you expect from a high‑end establishment.

Unfortunately, there was an unfortunate issue with the QR payment verification. We paid through the QR code at the table, but the payment did not immediately appear on the server’s side, which led to confusion. It was frustrating, especially considering the charge had already gone through.

The situation was addressed immediately after the visit. The regional manager contacted me directly, apologized, and assured me that the QR payment process and staff procedures would be reviewed to prevent this from happening again. I appreciate how seriously the matter was taken.

“Took my girlfriend out to dinner here on a random Monday. We really enjoyed the food and service, and the restaurant has this awesome dark vibe. They feature plenty of bar space and a seating rail where you can enjoy drinks and small bites before you’re seated which made our short wait a fun experience. I told the bartender to recommend me a whiskey for a non-whiskey drinker and he was very accommodating.

We started with shrimp cocktail and focaccia bread with olives. The shrimp were large, clean, and meaty which I loved. The bread was a tad salty but delicious nonetheless. She had a Thai tuna salad and I had ribs for our main course which we enjoyed very much.

I highly recommend this spot for anything from a casual date to a special occasion! Smart casual attire but don’t be afraid to dress more formal either.“
