We made reservations for 2 at the Village Tavern in Scottsdale on Resy to take advantage of the Amex Resy credit.Cocktails - inventive and strong and $2/off martinis on Saturday night!Food - Maryland crabcake - very soft, not over battered, very tasty. Our server, Bo, was wonderful. Very accommodating with our requests. Treated my birthday guest extra special. Which was the whole point of the lunch visit! Success! We enjoyed the clam chowder, Caesar salad and wonderful butter cake. Thank you, VT and Bo for making our visit the best!

Prompt service, steak was aged, seasoned and cooked perfectly. Nice to have a chef know what rare means. Appetizers great. Wine list is good. Not great. Service was spot on. Very busy, even early on Sunday. Nice bar.
