This is one of my go to restaurants when visiting Scottsdale, AZ. I had the grilled trout and it was amazing. There is something for everyone at this restaurant. Go and enjoy yourself.
We moved into the area about two months ago and wanted to treat some friends to dinner. They chose to go to one of their favorite restaurants, Village Tavern. I called to make the reservation and spoke to Bob Mayo, one of the managing partners. We started talking and it turned out our old hometown was right next to where he was born. Bob welcomed us to the area and said he looked forward to meeting us later that week.

We went to the Tavern in Scottsdale yesterday while I was on a restricted diet. I ordered the Honey Chicken bowl with rice but it was unavailable so I just got a baked potato. Our waitress , Alexis, wasn't having that and came back with a giant Honey Chicken bowl ( it was delicious) for me to take home! What customer service 🌟. We simple love this place and come whenever we are in PHX!!
