“We recently stopped by Jamie’s Bottle Shop in Scottsdale to pick up a few bottles of Riesling we had ordered over the phone, and the entire experience was seamless. Even though we were only there for a quick pickup, the staff’s warmth and expertise left us with an incredibly positive impression of the shop. The curated selection and inviting atmosphere were immediately apparent, making it clear that this is a local gem for wine lovers. We didn't have time to stay this visit, but we are already looking forward to coming back to browse and enjoy everything they have to offer!“

“Sage, our server, was phenomenal! She was fun and knowledgeable about the wines and a joy to interact with. The other staff on site were also great and gave us some extra pours just for the fun of it.

However, toward the end of our visit, what seemed to be the manager came in and was incredibly rude to Sage. He came storming in and instantly started berating her for “unpolished” glasses. He was loudly disrespectful and condescending in front of customers. I truly hope that is not the norm for the staff here.“

“The vibes are immaculate and it is a great space to sit and work at on your laptop because it has a back room that's just very cozy and not super busy. It also has free Wi-Fi, but the latte was atrocious. But it looks like an upscale place that specializes more with its food and wine.“

“My wife and I attended the mini Chandler High class of 1983 reunion held at this fine establishment. The day and weather was beautiful to sit outside in the courtyard and visit with old friends. The food was delicious, nothing but rave reviews for everything made in house from the pizza's to the hummus made with cannelloni beans. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere and Social interactions at Craft 64. Suzanna the manager went above and beyond making our reunion enjoyable and her service and staff are to be applauded for a job well done. Thank you!“

“We spent this last weekend at The Princess for a staycation to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. Our first stop after arriving was to eat lunch here at this restaurant. It was a 10/10 experience. Our server (I so badly wish I could remember his name!!) was the absolute best. He was so kind to us and our 2 little girls. The managers came by our table and congratulated us, it really all just set the tone to our experience and because it was so great, we will absolutely be back. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so special.

We also came back the next morning for their brunch….. OMG. Delicious. If you’re thinking about stopping here for food, just do it. It’s simply the best.“

“My friends and I came across La Locanda while walking around Old town Scottsdale. We had their ravioli and gnocchi and they were absolutely delicious! fresh, well portioned plates. The staff were very friendly and the food and drinks came out quickly. The staff were all friendly people and the pasta was fresh and perfect. it was a nice place to break from the hustle and noise of the old town party scene. 10/10“

“My son is a member, and we have always enjoyed coming to Cooper's Hawk, so I felt it was important to share some feedback about the service we received. Unfortunately, our server seemed very rushed and did not stay at the table long enough to fully listen to our requests. When we first arrived, she took only three drink orders for our party of four and walked away before the fourth person could order a beverage. The same thing happened when we ordered appetizers. We gave her one appetizer order, and before we could order the second, she immediately said “got it” and walked away. Later, when she came back to take our dinner order, we asked for about five minutes to make our selections. We then waited approximately 10–15 minutes before she returned. The food was good, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we appreciate the value of the restaurant, but the service from this particular server was disappointing and did not reflect the level of attention we normally expect, especially as members. I'm not looking to make a public complaint or create an issue for anyone, but I did want management to be aware because the experience could have been much better with just a little more attentiveness and patience at the table.“

“We hadn’t been here for a while, and as with almost all other restaurants, the prices have increased fairly dramatically. They still have one basket of free chips and salsa and both were really good. We especially like the flour chips. We ordered the quesadilla Cobb salad and the nachos.

Both presentations were great and the nachos were huge. Way more than one person could eat. The Cobb salad was good, but maybe 1/4 of the bacon and chicken was chewy to inedible. The nachos had lots of chicken, cheese and refried beans and were very good. Diced tomatoes, diced jalapeños, sour cream, and guacamole were sprinkled on top.

The service was good and we recommend giving it a try.“
