The food tasted wonderful. The waitress came by different times to see if we wanted anything and to see how we were doing.
We love the Fairmont Princess, and come every summer to celebrate our anniversary and my birthday! Love this casual restaurant! Over the years it's consistently the best breakfast buffet I've ever had. Our most recent stay our server Hope, and Manager Duke, went above and beyond!
Nick took care of us and was so attentive, informative, and amazing. I had the lobster trenette and my mom had the cedar salmon dish - both were so fresh and so so so good.
