“A lot of fun and a great introduction to pottery making. It’s not hard to make something that resembles a cup or bowl and the experience in molding the wet clay is very liberating. Our teacher explained things very clearly and provided hands-on help during our own efforts. I highly recommend the beginners class and will go back to get another teacher’s ideas and help.“
“Amazing! Food outstanding. Service was over the top wonderful. Prices were great. I am moving next month out of state. I wished I knew of this wonderful place sooner. I totally recommend going there. Great wine! Great Service! Great people!“
“Stopped in on a whim and we were blown away! The entire menu is 100% VEGAN and everything we had was delicious!! The brussel sprouts were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The portobello pizza was so full of flavor! The drinks were perfect. The staff was so friendly and right on time with everything. We plan to make this a regular thing.“
“I made a reservation online to celebrate our anniversary, and it was our first time there. Unsure of what to expect, I was surprised by the service. Our server was incredibly kind, offering recommendations, complimentary desserts, and even a heartfelt letter wishing us a happy anniversary. The food was delicious, I loved the loaded potato skillet. Overall, it was a memorable experience.“
“We dined here for a special occasion and had a wonderful time. Jade was an amazing waitress and remember us from a previous visit. She made us feel very welcome and made our evening special. We were sat in their wine room which was absolutely perfect for our evening. The food was delicious and the wine offerings had bottles from our favorite wineries.“
“Okay. Seriously the most pleasant staff I've encountered in a bar setting. This beautiful cocktail lounge is such a hidden gem. Drinks were wonderful and affordable; which is crazy nowadays! From the first time I walked into this place, I felt like I was home. Live music is some guy that won American Idol or something, and holy shit. I sat there and drank for three hours because of him. I will recommend this place to anyone. Also, what a clean bathroom. BRAVO!“
“Still a hidden gem and one of the best spots in the Central Valley, Cristos offers a true “Old School” Italian vibe. Classic food and old school cocktails paired with spectacular service, this place can’t be beat for an intimate date or a great group night out!“
“Although the interior is so charming as to warrant an impromptu tour, the terrace was perfect on a beautiful evening. All dishes were fantastic - our group finished every crumb, from appetizers to main dishes to desserts. For main dishes, the cassoulet was authentic and delicious; the Middle-Eastern Stuffed Eggplant was delicious and beautifully presented on the plate; and the Barramundi stole the show -- a really exceptional plate of fish. Desserts: the Tiramisu was quite good, as was the orange cake, but the bread pudding is a guilty pleasure so tasty and excessive in size that it should be illegal. Service was expert and charming. Great place when you are with friends with something to celebrate or lots to talk about, so that you can linger over cocktails, appetizers, main dishes, and desserts at an unhurried pace.“
“STELLAR. You're gonna have a hard time finding a place that has better chips or better tacos. Salsas too! Amazing service and ambiance. Very clean! Very nice patio with a projector screen playing sports and stuff. Check this place out!“
“Bartender Jessica was awesome! Friendly, fast, and knowledgeable service. Tried the #1 and absolutely loved the citrus flavor of the beer, had another during the comedy show. Do Better comedy was a good time and was happy we wound up there. Very nice inside and super clean and spacious bathrooms. Very, very accessible space !“
“My husband and I come here pretty regularly. Swanky little wine and appetizer place. Delicious food and friendly staff.Vegetarian options: The Farmers Market dish is great--seasonal grilled vegetables with a little glaze drizzle on top. We also love the Truffle Fries! A while back they had buffalo style cauliflower which was sooo good! A couple of the bruschetta options are also vegetarian and quite creative.“
“My friend and I stopped into Rewinded to wait for our seats at the tiny Glai Baan restaurant. What a delightful surprise! Rewinded is a funky bar filled with the most board games I've ever seen. The Logo quiz game at our place at the bar made our wait to eat fly by. The staff was extremely friendly, and our server was very knowledgeable about wine. I can't wait to go back and play Monopoly. Maybe I'll score some real estate. Reminded is definitely a score!“
“Postino's is hands down one of my favorite places. I love this location, been here a few times and always find parking no problem. They have a great indoor and outdoor area too. I was excited to try their seasonal menu since they just recently rolled out cocktails, and the espresso martini was great! I typically like mine a little creamy, which this one wasn't, but it was still sweet and unique. I also tried an aperol spritz which was very good, but I wanted a more fruity flavor so I asked for blackberry puree and added it in, and it was SO good. I always get a Bruschetta board with salmon & pesto, prosciutto & fig, tomato bacon burrata, and spicy pepper jam, which was phenomenal. We also had the roasted cauliflower which is one of my favorites. I tried the donuts for dessert which were pretty good, they were not as sweet as I expected them to be but it comes with 3 different sauces (chocolate, caramel, and vanilla | believe) which made up for the sweetness. I also tried the cookie sundae which was pretty good, but I was hoping for more of like a warm cookie skillet, but it was more of a broken cookie with waffle cone, fudge sauce, ice cream and cookie drizzle on top. Postinos is always a great time, I love their happy hour and am so excited when they bring new things to the menu. Never a dull time here!“
“I love this place and have been several times. The bruschetta boards are amazing and the cheese and meats are of excellent quality and are sliced fresh. The bottles of wine are delicious and also a good value as is the food. The ambiance is lovely; I prefer to sit outside on the patio but the interior is very nice too. The service is top notch. Highly recommend for a leisurely and elegant evening and before or after a visit to the theatres or Phx Art museum.“
“Wrote about this place before with 5 stars, nowreduced to 2 for food and service. They seem tohave gotten too big for their britches. That or there is no interest in food quality control. My last postwas of their BLT, which turned out famously well.Ordered the same thing this date to the tee. Gothome and wanted to toss my cookies just lookingat it. Asked for crisp bacon. Hardly, soft as ababy's butt. They also put on what seemingly wasa half a jar of mayo. Ick. Asked to have the itemwrapped so as not to get moist with the salad inthe same container. Not a chance. Nothing worsethan a wet Ciabatta bun. The dude who took myorder was too busy pushing screen buttons andapparently not listening. Also he presented myfood as if I was half invisible, all the while yakkingit up with an extremely loud guy sipping on acocktail at 10:30 am. Done. Finito. Aloha as in goodbye.“
“Adorable, quaint but modern coffee/wine shop. The turkey sausage breakfast burrito was hot, tasty and hit the spot before exploring downtown Phoenix by foot. The service was friendly and prompt. They also have some local goods for purchase (coffee, cheese, wine). Highly recommend!“
“This was my first experience, and it was so enjoyable. It is equally a great spot for ladies to hang out together, or a date night. The entertainment was a fun and interactive vocalist and pianist. They offered a substantial wine list and my server gave me an excellent wine suggestion. I can’t wait to go back!“
“What’s not to like here? Everything is fresh and delicious. I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. The appetizers were yummy and just enough for our group. Calamari was a huge hit! Highly recommend. The team was attentive & friendly. We ❤️ everything about Alexi’s Grill.“
“My husband and I came here on a Sunday close to 1:00pm. Although Yelp says that they opened at 1:00pm, a bartender stated that on Sundays they open around 2pm due to the low traffic on this day and at this time. We were waiting in front of the doors to find another place to go and the bartender went ahead and let us in at 1pm! The ambiance is always nice to me. The lighting in here just gives me good vibes. I haven't had the food from here but I plan on it when I come back!“
“You haven't eaten out in PHX if you haven't been here. They made a movie about this place. The waiters and bartenders are dressed better than the average person in Phx. One enters from the kitchen and is usually smitten. The bar, tho is what I like, and can be entered from the street.“
“We were visiting from Wisconsin & the Wrigley Mansion was on our list of things to do. I made Sunday Brunch reservations, but wondered about a tour or the mansion. I called, left a voicemail, and they called me back to say that we were free to wander the mansion before or after our reservation. The staff was extensive, & everyone of them went above & beyond to make our time there incredible! The food was a religious experience!“
“I recently stayed at the Royal Palm and discovered this gem of a cocktail bar. Signed up for the micology class with Ernesto and had so much fun talking to him and learning to make cocktails. Ended up staying for dinner at the bar and coming back for brunch and drinks the next day. Ernesto, Jesse, and Darian at the bar are all wonderful and provide top notch service. I would return to the hotel simply because of how great they were. Food was also delicious.“
“On a recommendation I wanted to come here, and I was kind of impressed for such a small space, this restaurant makes the most of the space. Dog friendly, and the outside is quaint with little lights and picnic tables. The food was really well made. You can sit inside or outside (which was so nice!) cute place nice atmosphere and nice prices“
“My friend and I stopped in tonight for a glass of wine. What a nice experience! I ordered the house chardonnay and it tasted crisp and tasteful. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming, and our bartender was knowledgeable about wines, attentive and very personable. I can't wait to go back!“
“Desert Ridge's best kept secret. Don't tell the dweebs. Negative reviews seem to be from people who don't understand the concept of an underground taproom. With all the choices in the area, why would you order food in a place like this and then complain? And others complained about the service but there's plenty of places nearby to go if you want to be waited on. Walk up to the bar and order a brew instead of timing how long it takes for someone to ask if you want a drink!“
“This place is awesome. They have an amazing selection of wines to taste. They have nice Happy Hour prices. You also can purchase bottles of wine there as well. They have food options as well, and the menu is quite tasty. It’s a great place to hang out, chat, and catch up with friends.Parking: You can find free parking around this location. They also have some meters right next to this location.“
“Unique Setting for Wine/BeerPROs:++Interesting niche near light rail++Good selection wines & beers++Outdoors seating & covered, far from street noise++Good food, but limited selections++Heaters for cool evenings++Ok Happy Hour prices & good hours, Huss across street has better beer prices on Happy hour.++Couple of fun events & tasting per month++Larry, the co-owner, is nice & friendly guyCONs:--Limited indoor seating for cold nights.--Limited food menu“
“Trevor’s is a beer & liquor store but also offer a variety of drinks at the bar and a variety of food. Recently the secret got out that their pizza is phenomenal, which is great and much deserved for Trevor’s. The service at Trevor’s is always very friendly and helpful if you have any questions at all.The White Sausage Pizza has been my favorite since the restaurant opened but after trying all of them I can’t say there is a bad pizza. The mushroom pizza is great and lets you taste the delicious tomato sauce.Enjoy your visit for any occasion and drop by Trevor’s, the one stop shop for everything!“
“This is a quaint bar with lots of choices for beer and wine. Kelly has bartended when I have gone there and she's super friendly and knowledgeable. I love that I don't have to wait to ask for a drink, she is right there taking care of us and being super attentive. I wasn't sure what to try and she gave lots of suggestions based on questions she asked me. We played lots of board games and had just a great time there. I definitely would go when she is working which is Saturdays and Thursday's I believe. She's the best bartender there!“
“I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Postino. It was delicious, the service was excellent. Very friendly servers. The location is beautiful. I highly recommend dining on the patio if possible and taking in the grounds. The ONLY reason they didn't get a 5 is because of the parking. It is quite difficult to park.I recommend the half sandwich and soup/salad option. Came by during Happy Hour and enjoyed a delicious glass of wine for $6.“
“Ever since this cafe opened up. It’s been my go to place for meetings, and taking a break whenever I’m the downtown area. It has a lovely atmosphere, plenty of outlets, space to sit in relax. A plus for me is the Wi-Fi speeds are awesome as well. I have yet to participate in a yoga class which I’m going too. The staff are great! Visually a great work and coffee space.“
“I've been coming here since I was a little girl, and its quality has remained consistent over the years. I absolutely adore this place—it holds a special spot in my heart. It's our family's favorite spot to gather when we're all in town. My go-to order is 'The Whole Thing' prepared the Duck Way. One of the highlights for me is their rotating selection of teas. They always have 4-6 different brewed iced teas available, allowing you to try something new almost every time you visit. It's a quaint and charming spot with an amazing outdoor atmosphere. I sincerely hope the Duck and Decanter never leaves Phoenix! ?“
“Came here to meet a friend; left feeling so impressed by the service. I gave minimal guidance on what I enjoy to drink and our server delivered. Would love to come back here; will only do so after acquiring a couple old school ASU cups to give to the bar.“
“I took my wife here for her birthday and I don't think I could have picked a better place. From the food to the service, everything was absolutely sensational.Justin was very knowledgeable with the wine selection and provided us with the best service I had to this day. This is probably the best restaurant I have visited in Phoenix. The food was so amazing I didn't get a picture of everything and had to taste it right away. Thanks Anhelo for a phenomenal experience !“
