“We had a reservation for 6:45 pm on Friday night but arrived an hour early because I was famished. Knowing they couldn't seat us early, we waited at the bar until our table was ready. Surprisingly, they were able to seat us a little after 6 pm. It's our second time here, and although it's been over a year since our last visit, I was reminded of our previous meal by the photos I took. The food lived up to my memories; we ordered the same entree and dessert, and tried a mussel special this time. While the mussels were good, we felt they were overpriced at $28 compared to others we've had for $15-$18. The Chargrilled Beef Tenderloin Medallions seemed smaller than before. However, the chocolate bread pudding was still exceptional--moist and not overly sweet. Overall, dinner was delicious, and we hope not to wait another year before returning.“
“Valentine has been on my list for a long time so when we finally made it to Melrose for dinner we pulled no punches on our ordering. If we didn't get everything on the menu we were close. The restaurant itself is cute and delightfully photogenic which helps set the tone for a great meal. On the cocktail front, most were good. The only standout to me was the hatch chili margarita served in a glass boot which was as tasty as it was eye catching. Similarly, most of the food was above average with nothing being bad. The Elote pasta is the standout - it was outstanding. Basically this is a carbonara style pasta with Elote flavors instead of the traditional bacon. The execution on this dish is perfect. Prices are quite high for what you get on most dishes and cocktails and if there was more value, I'd likely have a better rating. That said, I'd return and I definitely would like to come back for pastries from the coffee bar if driving by in the AM.“
“I made a reservation online to celebrate our anniversary, and it was our first time there. Unsure of what to expect, I was surprised by the service. Our server was incredibly kind, offering recommendations, complimentary desserts, and even a heartfelt letter wishing us a happy anniversary. The food was delicious, I loved the loaded potato skillet. Overall, it was a memorable experience.“
“Very intimate and definitely one of the better Michelin restaurants I've been to. I will be back and definitely recommend the chefs wine pairing. 10/10 experience staff was very knowledgeable and respectful. Selected the premium add-ons with zero regrets.“
“Outstanding flavors and presentation. You really do taste with your eyes here, but it's something you're not scared to dive into. And happy you did! Love the plate sizes. My friend and I shared 2 items and a dessert. This was oerfect, we were satisfied but not stuffed. The desserts were not listed the options below because I believe they change, but they are heavenly. They can be refreshing or decadent!“

“I’ve never had a bad meal from here. Everything is wonderful! Personally one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. The short ribs and cast iron chicken are some of my favorites. I feel like this restaurant is often overlooked but I have no idea why, I think it should be a top spot for everyone. The food is excellent, the service is always top notch, and it’s a beautiful space.“
“First time coming to this twin peaks location and the service was amazing. Marissa was kind and absolutely amazing. Helped with recommendations and was on top of the food and drinks. Sad to see her go but because of her will definitely return.“
“We visited based on another friend's review and were not let down. Great food, phenomenal cocktails and fantastic service! Everything was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this place for an adult's night out! Shout out to Taylor for the amazing and prompt service all night.“
“Food is phenomenal. It is hard to find great seafood in Phoenix. My wife suggested this place, because she knows how much I like Manhattan Style Clam Chowder. I enjoyed their take on it. The tomato base was a little thicker than most of the Service was kind and attentive. A great place for my wife and I to get away for a dinner date. They sat us away from the bar and T.V. area which made it easy to talk and enjoy each other's company.“
“I can't say enough good things about The Cracked Egg. My partner and I wanted a special treat earlier this week after a hard emotional week, and the food offered here sounded phenomenal. My partner ordered the Chicken Fried Steak Burrito and I got the California Burger with Bacon and Curly Fries. To say that we were impressed is SUCH an understatement. The food was just... In-freaking-credible. And they didn't cost a single penny more than greasy, unsatisfying fast food meals would have, which is such a bonus and an AMAZING find for us. We actually went back yesterday and ordered the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes, French Toast and Chicken Fried Steak meal. We just about had a food-gasm when we put the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes in our mouths. Seriously. They're even amazing reheated. My partner and I have every intention of trying every single item on the menu and will be making this our go-to take-out establishment. The only thing that would make it any better is if they began offering milk shakes.“
“Visited this location for an event. The workers welcomed us, the servers that served us, and the cooks that prepared the food all did excellent. The surrounding area is questionable, but they do a great job with the upkeep of their property, establishment and parking lot. Highly likely that I will visit again. Ribs were great, but the highlight was the appetizers. I could have just eaten those and been satisfied!“
“Had a great time with friends having dinner here tonight. Justin was excellent. Food was great. Weather was perfect for patio dining. Overall great experience.Dietary restrictions: Wife is gluten free. They had lots of options.Kid-friendliness: Had an 8 year old dining with us. She enjoyed it as well. Good kid menu options.“
“This is EASILY one of the best places in Phoenix. The patio is such a great vibe - especially with the nice weather we have been having. I am a huge fan of the cheddar potatoes. I tried something new today (the matador) and it exceeded my expectations. The service here is also the best I e ever experienced. Nathan always has a huge smile on his face and make me feel like I belong. He’s always joyful and quick with his work. I feel like he can read my mind sometimes ?“
“Although the interior is so charming as to warrant an impromptu tour, the terrace was perfect on a beautiful evening. All dishes were fantastic - our group finished every crumb, from appetizers to main dishes to desserts. For main dishes, the cassoulet was authentic and delicious; the Middle-Eastern Stuffed Eggplant was delicious and beautifully presented on the plate; and the Barramundi stole the show -- a really exceptional plate of fish. Desserts: the Tiramisu was quite good, as was the orange cake, but the bread pudding is a guilty pleasure so tasty and excessive in size that it should be illegal. Service was expert and charming. Great place when you are with friends with something to celebrate or lots to talk about, so that you can linger over cocktails, appetizers, main dishes, and desserts at an unhurried pace.“
“I love the decor and atmosphere of this place. love bar staff. drinks yummy. I. am overly embarrassed by aftermath Mac and cheese. it was tasty but not worth the hype nor pricing. I could make better. I recommend the aftermath burger. HH good but could use more variety of other things. The burger nicely prepared. This is my second time. I'm going back one more time. it will be for drinks. . HH Slightly over priced shouldn't cost one person $60.00 for HH. However, I love what they are trying to do.“
“I don't have the highest expectations for the food served at restaurants with a "great view." Often the view is better. However, this restaurant was exceptional in all respects. The view is FABULOUS! And the food was too. We both had the beef filet which was cooked, seasoned and seared perfectly for medium rare. The grilled asparagus accompaniment was excellent as were the potatoes in duck fat (but not quite as good as mine). The strawberry and spinach salad and the napa cabbage, apple, and bleu cheese salad were both made of the very freshest ingredients, including the dressings. Creme brulee for dessert was delicious with a great sugar crust and fresh fruit. Our server was knowledgeable, helpful, and amusing. It was a delightful evening. Highly recommend!“
“Fantastic new find for us. we had the shrimp etoufee which was amazing. So authentic and flavorful.. The chicken wings "dankenstein style" were dry rubbed and had am amazing blend of spices. I def believe there was some creole seasoning combined with a tiny bit if faunt sweetness. Seasoned perfectly... honestly my favorite wings ever. not 1 bit greasy, glistening inside. Just crazy. My wife had the chicken Salad which sounds boring, but not this chicken salad. Great service. Friendly owner who was mentored by our fave Cali soul food chef. Just crazy good. We will be back... prob on Wing Wed again lol. A must try. 10 out of 10.“
“I had a great experience at The Yardhouse. Our serve was excellent. He checked on us periodically to see if we needed anything before , during and after our food came out. The food was tasty and the presentation was perfect. I highly recommend this place!“
“Bacon deviled eggs are a must try! This restaurant has been on our list for some time, and we’re ecstatic we finally made the visit.I wish I remembered the name of our server, because she was outstanding. We tried two of their specialty mocktails, a hibiscus cooler (loved) and the lavender sparkling lemonade (which we ordered with slightly less lavender syrup at the servers recommendation, and it was the perfect flavor profile of sweet and tart). In addition to the mouth-watering deviled eggs, we tried the Parmesan garlic buffalo wings, which were ah-mazing. Everything on the menu has a unique twist, so the wings were served with a cucumber dip and jicama sticks rather than your traditional ranch and carrots/celery, and I have to say, i don’t ever want to go back to the standard ?Main course we split the short ribs, which were good. My boyfriend loved them, for some reason they weren’t my favorite (I personally have some short rib spots that are to die for), but the dessert made up for any slight disappointment on the entree. We doubled up on dessert order because we couldn’t pick just one, and went with their house-made apple pie, which comes a la mode, and their crème brûlée cheesecake. Can’t wait to visit again and try more of their diverse and unique menu, including the chocolate bacon! ?“
“The food and the service were exceptional!! The poncho gringo was a wonderful cocktail. We started with the caprese and beef carpaccio and both were delicious! I got the shrimp scampi and it was a little spicy but also delicious! My sister who visited Italy recently also noted how very authentic the flavors were. We were pleased from start to finish. We almost wish we had stayed because around 10pm a DJ showed up and was playing the jams.Parking: Valet is complimentary but gratuity is expected“
“Farmer’s grilled cheese sandwich is excellent! I got the fire french fries with liquid cheese, fried egg, grilled chicken and sauce/ketchup, which was pretty disappointed with that there was barely any cheese sauce on it yet the fries were mushy. Fries tasted great aside from being mushy.“
“Our night started at the bar and all 3 Mixologists were on their game ! Andy was outstanding and a true pleasure and professional. His attitude and his pure joy for his craft was infectious and we will be back to sit with him and munch on great appetizers and his concoctions. On to dinner with Leah! Well nothing short here as she also was a consummate professional and attentive and not overbearing as we like our space. We were celebrating my Birthday and we could not have chosen a better venue. Prices were spot on and definitely not gouging as restaurants in this area charge for their location. We look forward to frequent The Gladley!“
“Wife and I walked over from where we are staying around 7pm on a Tuesday. It was a beautiful night and tables were available outside. Our server was great, and the food was probably some of the best we had our visit to Phoenix. We split the artichoke dip and the chicken ranch wrap. Both were delicious. The only thing that upset us was we didn't wander over earlier in our trip!“
“From first step inside to the last step out- we had a phenomenal experience! The food absolutely delicious! Chef greeted our table and gave us education on how our food was prepared and he did not disappoint! They surprised us with butter cake dessert on the house! Sooo good! Thank you!“
“This place gets our 5-star vote! We are addicted to the Brocolini dish. A definite must. We shared it and regretted that we did. We should have ordered one each!!! We will go back to this restaurant just for this dish. The pork belly was melt in your mouth good!“
“Wrote about this place before with 5 stars, nowreduced to 2 for food and service. They seem tohave gotten too big for their britches. That or there is no interest in food quality control. My last postwas of their BLT, which turned out famously well.Ordered the same thing this date to the tee. Gothome and wanted to toss my cookies just lookingat it. Asked for crisp bacon. Hardly, soft as ababy's butt. They also put on what seemingly wasa half a jar of mayo. Ick. Asked to have the itemwrapped so as not to get moist with the salad inthe same container. Not a chance. Nothing worsethan a wet Ciabatta bun. The dude who took myorder was too busy pushing screen buttons andapparently not listening. Also he presented myfood as if I was half invisible, all the while yakkingit up with an extremely loud guy sipping on acocktail at 10:30 am. Done. Finito. Aloha as in goodbye.“
“The food is absolutely amazing! You have to try the Hot AF Burger! We are in the same building and so we are always ordering for our clients. Most of the time they’re trying it for the first time, and they always become instant fans! Great service, great people, and an amazing atmosphere to match. Highly, highly, highly recommend!“
“Shalom Shramitarians, I Know it’s been awhile since I’ve posted this google app hasn’t been working for me and I’ve been traveling to find new places to shoot content stay tuned I’ll be releasing my YouTube, instagram, tic tok, food vlog information soon! But let’s get in to this place I’ve had a few times in Texas but I found it Arizona as well so if your in those areas go check them out and for my plant based recommendations get the Mother Earth bowl with a side of the miso ginger dressing its my personal favorite its a few different dishes in the video below to choose from but they aren't vegan, the service was delightful and kind and the food was 8.5 out of 10 i would have this place Flower Child on a weekly bases the drink selection was decent and i do believe they server adult drinks. I'm hoping this resty will make it's way up north to michigan i think it would do great with the selection it carries the parking was plentiful and it was moderately crowded I’m sure they carry vegetarian options and they also cater to the pescatarians and carnivores which is always a great thing. It’s a kid friendly place I took my teenager and she enjoyed it along with my brothers for a family dinner so if you find this restaurant anywhere in the world stop by and check out my recommendations and play around with the other items that sound appealing to you tastebuds in closing as always innjoy and save me some and thank you to all my new followers go and comment on my reviews thank you in advanceVegetarian options: Vegetarian options for sureDietary restrictions: Caters to Plant Based, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Flexitarian, Vegan & CarnivoresParking: Plentiful parkingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.“
“We received outstanding service and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting.Given the price point of the menu I feel the food could be a bit more unique. Also, the dishes would benefit from being more balanced in seasoning - there was a tendency of every item on the plate having heavy, homogeneous flavor, so taste buds tire quickly.“
“I ordered the breakfast bowls. One had eggs over easy with avocado which I gave to my wife. She couldn’t stop complimenting how fresh and homemade it tasted. I had scrambled eggs with applewood bacon. I wish the bacon was crispier however still tasted great. I shared it with my granddaughter.“
“We were in downtown Phoenix for a basketball game. It was my brother, his wife, me, and our 4 kids. We had seriously been denied entrance to or told we’d have to leave by 8 or 9pm by FOUR places, because almost everything down here turns to “21 and over only”. It was super frustrating, traipsing around, walking from place to place, trying for over an hour to get our kids some dinner!! Soooooo, this place was amazing!! We weren’t going to get kicked out, so we could take our time and eat without being kicked out! The food was all so fresh and delicious and the beer/cider menu was amazing!! Everyone enjoyed themselves and their dinner! I highly recommend this place if you want to eat with your family downtown and aren’t downtown to drink yourself to oblivion!?“
“Phoenix and Scottsdale have been hitting home runs lately with high end restaurants that have amazing ambience, delicious food and unique experiences. On the top of that list for Phoenix is Wren & Wolf. I am blown away by the incorporation of taxidermy into modern decor. The drinks are delicious especially the Shishito one with tequila. Food ranges from super luxe seafood towers, beef wellington, and caviar bumps to steaks and homemade mac and cheese. I’m happy to have this place to come to when I go to concerts and suns games. Highly recommend.“
“Ordered an arugula salad that was subpar and the manager Carter not only gave me my refund but also a free $4 pastry. Nice guy. The food is almost always fresh and tastes both healthy and delicious. Makes it worth the high prices. Wholesome top quality ingredients. And the one time it wasnt they made it right.“
“Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Parking is available both at the venue and across the street. Being such a beautiful day, it was pretty full but the line moved at a good pace and it did not take long for the food. The atmosphere was gorgeous and lots of things for kids to enjoy. I had the Japanese Sweet Potato which was fresh, rich in flavor and very filling.“
“First up, the "Evergreen Martini." Think James Bond, but with a side of olives that made me feel like I should be quoting Shakespeare. Delicious? Absolutely. Did I feel incredibly dramatic holding it? You bet your crumpets I did.The food? Oh man, the food. Tuna tostada was like a flavor explosion at a fiesta. Yucca brûlée? Forget crème brûlée, this was sunshine on a plate with a rush that had me sweating (because it was SO good, not because I went broke). Chicken guisado? Like comfort food on steroids, with a side of "how is this even possible?"Service? Impeccable. Our server glided around like a magician, refilling drinks and whisking away plates faster than you can say "extra guac."“
“Desmond Spirits and Oven in Phoenix, Arizona, is a culinary haven that never fails to impress, and their corned beef plate is just one of the many reasons to visit this delightful establishment. However, it's not just about the corned beef; their shepherd's pie is another standout dish that deserves recognition. The shepherd's pie at Desmond Spirits and Oven is a hearty and comforting classic that is executed to perfection. Each bite is a symphony of flavors, with tender chunks of savory meat, flavorful vegetables, and creamy mashed potatoes coming together in a delicious medley of taste and texture. Whether you're a fan of traditional Irish cuisine or simply appreciate a well-crafted comfort food dish, the shepherd's pie at Desmond Spirits and Oven is sure to leave you feeling satisfied and content. But the excellence of Desmond Spirits and Oven extends far beyond their culinary offerings. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The service is impeccable, with attentive staff who are always on hand to ensure that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. In conclusion, Desmond Spirits and Oven is a culinary gem in the heart of Phoenix, and their shepherd's pie is just one of the many reasons to pay them a visit. Whether you're craving classic comfort food or innovative culinary creations, you're sure to find something to delight your taste buds at this charming restaurant.“
“My husband and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint at all. Nolan was our server and I would tell anyone coming here to ask for him as your server. He’s kind, polite and very knowledgeable about the menu as well. The food was top notch, I had the sea scallops my husband had the 8oz fillet and we loved it. The 5 layer carrot cake is to die for. We’re already can’t wait to come back!“
“Came in for lunch during the week and was able to get sat immediately. The food is great! The drinks are also delicious. The ambiance is really pretty and fitting for the gardens. Service was prompt and personable. Overall a wonderful meal.“
“****Updating my previous review after receiving a call from the manager. The manager we spoke with was very kind and explained what had happened and then went above and beyond to fix the mistakes with our order. Mistakes will happen. It's how a business handles them that will either keep or loose customers. Based on how the managers at the PV Original ChopShop resolved things, we will definitely stay a customer. Thanks for the effort. It is truly appreciated. The food was horrible, which was a first. When we called to let them know we were told it was because of how we ordered the food in their app. Umm....?!? what?!? We didn't order horrible food. DON'T Waste your money going here anymore. Lots of better options for less money and better service.“
“I was in town for a few days and enjoyed the food tremendously! They had great vegetarian options. At this restaurant you order at the counter and the food is delivered to your table using a number system. I had the tofu with broccoli and kale salad as well as the green chile queso. Everything was delicious and filling. So filling that I took the salad to go. I ate it the next day and wished I had more. I plan to go back to try Mother Earth.Dietary restrictions: VegetarianParking: Shopping mall parking“
“On a recommendation I wanted to come here, and I was kind of impressed for such a small space, this restaurant makes the most of the space. Dog friendly, and the outside is quaint with little lights and picnic tables. The food was really well made. You can sit inside or outside (which was so nice!) cute place nice atmosphere and nice prices“
“Amazingly Fresh. I work in the area over at Shamrock Farms and was looking for a good lunch spot. Saw King's Subs a few times and decided to drop in one day. I think I have been back about 5 or 6 times now! Fresh warm breads and top notch ingredients and the owners are terrific! :)“
“Opens early. The breakfast buffet was great. A broad variety including gluten free tamale pie, touchless pancake maker, grilled grapefruit and a small charcuterie selection. The raspberry bread pudding was delicious even tho it was iver cooked. I also enjoyed the apricot cream cheese on a plain bagel. If you don't care for the scrambled eggs they will make another kind for you. I would've given them five stars however I deducted one because the berries didn't appear to be cleaned of debris and rinsed. The blueberries still had larger pieces of woody stems attached to them.“
“The manager and staff of Husswere wonderful. Everyone had big smiles and was very friendly. The servers were helpful resources when it came to learning about the company and really seemed to take pride in it.Huss was started by husband wife team Jeff and Leah over 10 years ago and has grown to one of the biggest breweries in Arizona. She also owned and operated Papago for many years prior, and they are currently rebranding more with the Papago name.I enjoyed all of the food tastings brought out.- chips and onion dip - could have eaten it all night- jalapeno poppers - a little spice but still yummy- black bean nachos - good lite non-meat option- midwestern fish and sidewinder chips - were better. than expected! The contrast with the tender walleye against the crisp cornmeal coating was nice, and thetartar sauce was a great addition with unique flavor- sausage and pretzel board - was my favorite. Rich flavors and great for sharingI would never call myself a beer drinker as I prefer ciders and sours, but I really enjoyed the tasting flight. I believe it was a good representation of the offerings, and each was unique. We tried: the Scottsdale Blonde, Papago Orange Blossom, Hopaloosa IPA, Rio Salado Mexican Lager, and Koffee Kolsch. I was surprised by actually enjoying the hopaloosa ipa, but the Scottsdale blonde was my favorite. It's so light and refreshing“
“Nice meeting room on the south side of the restaurant. Slightly small for our training group. Food burned under the warming lights. We ordered as a group at the beginning of the morning. Food prepped too early, under the heating lights too long. We had a 20 minute window to pick up lunch and get back to the training. Bathrooms were clean, easily accessible. First floor accessibility, +busy+ parking lot. Parking somewhat *limited*. The location entrance is VERY NARROW, combined/one lane entry/exit. 1st time visitors may not see adequate signage in time during heavy morning traffic even for Saturday. Construction in the area & at that intersection is disruptive to "Lope" access. I'm sure the establishment is unable to change the construction disruption. ?Parking: Limited space to expand parking lot. Located on the Northwest corner of an extremely congested intersection under street construction. The traffic light delay at that intersection, seemed quite extended.“
“This place is the real one! Breakfast is great! The coffee is great and the service is great! All I have to say is, if you don't come by and try this place, you are missing something that lots of restraunts have lost throughout time, come eat and see why you will be coming back! A+++++“
“I recently stayed at the Royal Palm and discovered this gem of a cocktail bar. Signed up for the micology class with Ernesto and had so much fun talking to him and learning to make cocktails. Ended up staying for dinner at the bar and coming back for brunch and drinks the next day. Ernesto, Jesse, and Darian at the bar are all wonderful and provide top notch service. I would return to the hotel simply because of how great they were. Food was also delicious.“
“Great time for unique drinks with a rotating menu. Amazing service bartenders really make it a fun experience and know how to recommend drinks based on your taste. Drinks are perfect for a date night to make your own adventure trying out different drinks on the menu. I would recommend not being afraid of straying outside of your comfort zone you never know what you might like.“
“I took my wife here for her birthday and I don't think I could have picked a better place. From the food to the service, everything was absolutely sensational.Justin was very knowledgeable with the wine selection and provided us with the best service I had to this day. This is probably the best restaurant I have visited in Phoenix. The food was so amazing I didn't get a picture of everything and had to taste it right away. Thanks Anhelo for a phenomenal experience !“
