“Excellent service! We loved the food. It is very healthy with many vegan and vegetarian options as well as protein that you can add. We loved the shrimp ceviche, tuna tartare and octopus appetizers. The ice teas are quite good. We also loved the desserts!“

“While staying at The Boulders we tried Palo Verde twice once for dinner and once for breakfast. My breakfast experience was ok. My latte and meal were good. The server was attentive and friendly. Dinner on the other hand was entirely different experience. Our food took forever to get, and they were not busy. The waiters seemed confused about were people's food went once it came out. We saw a family of five be seated, the father got up to get their own menus after a while. They eventually walked out. It was to cold to sit outside for us, but they say the views are nice on the patio. When we return the Boulders we may eat breakfast at Palo Verde but will skip dinner there.“

“Very delicious! I ordered delivery and everything was packaged so well. I got the Korean taco and two shrimp tacos. I only have 1 “critique” and it’s not even their fault- the option to add a boozy libation to the taco combo is not working on their website, caviar or DoorDash. But that’s a tech issue and not at all reflective of them because even when I called, I think his name was Justin- he tried so hard to help me. But it’s okay cause I will be dining in person to get my drink in the future 😊 Great food and customer service, you can tell they really care about the people!“

“The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. We really enjoyed the burger and fries and the sea bass ceviche, but everything was wonderful…especially for a poolside restaurant (it’s rare to find one that offers good, fresh sushi options!). And the drinks were delicious.

Ricardo delivered our food and he was completely lovely, attentive, and professional (I wish he was our server!).

The restaurant is beautiful inside with one of the best views overlooking the mountains. The host staff was also very friendly when we arrived and made the welcome special. “Absolutely delicious! It's rare to see so many great choices, so it took a while to decide. Each dish, the Bolognese, the Rib/Mac and Cheese, and the Rib Eye, was flavorful and had large portions. Our server, Ismir, was attentive and friendly, and really great. Ambiance cannot be beat, overlooking the golf course.“
