“Very delicious! I ordered delivery and everything was packaged so well. I got the Korean taco and two shrimp tacos. I only have 1 “critique” and it’s not even their fault- the option to add a boozy libation to the taco combo is not working on their website, caviar or DoorDash. But that’s a tech issue and not at all reflective of them because even when I called, I think his name was Justin- he tried so hard to help me. But it’s okay cause I will be dining in person to get my drink in the future 😊 Great food and customer service, you can tell they really care about the people!“

“The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. We really enjoyed the burger and fries and the sea bass ceviche, but everything was wonderful…especially for a poolside restaurant (it’s rare to find one that offers good, fresh sushi options!). And the drinks were delicious.

Ricardo delivered our food and he was completely lovely, attentive, and professional (I wish he was our server!).

“I wanted to share some excellent feedback regarding a recent dining experience. David provided A+ service with his knowledge of the menu and recommendations. Our Waygu was cooked perfectly. The restaurant is beautiful inside with one of the best views overlooking the mountains. The host staff was also very friendly when we arrived and made the welcome special. “Absolutely delicious! It's rare to see so many great choices, so it took a while to decide. Each dish, the Bolognese, the Rib/Mac and Cheese, and the Rib Eye, was flavorful and had large portions. Our server, Ismir, was attentive and friendly, and really great. Ambiance cannot be beat, overlooking the golf course.“

“​My wife and I stayed at The Boulders and had breakfast at PalloVerde. While the resort was busy due to a wedding on the grounds, we initially experienced some communication hiccups with our drink order and a long wait without service after an inquiry.
​However, when my wife spoke with the Food and Beverage Manager,Hridesh Sah,he stepped in immediately and completely turned the experience around. He took charge, corrected our drinks, covered our breakfast, and offered a complimentary second drink to make things right. The food itself was genuinely outstanding—I had a Monte Cristo sandwich that was the absolute best I’ve ever had, and my wife's breakfast was prepared to perfection.
​What really stood out was the incredible service recovery. The manager checked in on us multiple times to ensure everything was wonderful, and even our server came back later to apologize sincerely for an off moment, which we completely understood and appreciated. True hospitality isn't just about avoiding mistakes; it's about how you handle them when they happen, and the team here handled it with absolute class. Highly recommend!“
