​However, when my wife spoke with the Food and Beverage Manager,Hridesh Sah,he stepped in immediately and completely turned the experience around. He took charge, corrected our drinks, covered our breakfast, and offered a complimentary second drink to make things right. The food itself was genuinely outstanding—I had a Monte Cristo sandwich that was the absolute best I’ve ever had, and my wife's breakfast was prepared to perfection.
​What really stood out was the incredible service recovery. The manager checked in on us multiple times to ensure everything was wonderful, and even our server came back later to apologize sincerely for an off moment, which we completely understood and appreciated. “Picked up our Easter meal one day before and upon arriving home we realized our order was incomplete. We take ownership as well for not checking. However, when we alerted HoneyBaked, they went out of their way to make it right. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their ethics. Also, their products are so high quality that we cannot get enough. Definitely worth the 76 mile trek and the price. And the portions allow for leftovers on most of their products. I am grateful for such amazing customer service and products.“

“The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food. We really enjoyed the burger and fries and the sea bass ceviche, but everything was wonderful…especially for a poolside restaurant (it’s rare to find one that offers good, fresh sushi options!). And the drinks were delicious.

Ricardo delivered our food and he was completely lovely, attentive, and professional (I wish he was our server!).

The views were amazing, creating a wonderful atmosphere from start to finish. Our server was both attentive and informative, making great recommendations and keeping our glasses full without ever hovering. As for the food, every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious and executed to perfection.
