“While staying at The Boulders we tried Palo Verde twice once for dinner and once for breakfast. My breakfast experience was ok. My latte and meal were good. The server was attentive and friendly. Dinner on the other hand was entirely different experience. Our food took forever to get, and they were not busy. The waiters seemed confused about were people's food went once it came out. We saw a family of five be seated, the father got up to get their own menus after a while. They eventually walked out. It was to cold to sit outside for us, but they say the views are nice on the patio. When we return the Boulders we may eat breakfast at Palo Verde but will skip dinner there.“

We expected good service (got great service). We knew it would be a nice place to get a relaxing dinner, as resort-goers seem to be the primary clientele. But the food is what surprised us. We assumed it would be typical clubhouse fare. It was anything but that. The meatball dish was the best I've ever had. Sauce was fresh and dense (hate watery sauce). Meat was perfect. Caesar was delicious. Burrata/ciabatta dish was the most indulgent and unique of its kind that I've tried, and I've ordered hundreds over the past 10 years or so.“

However, when we alerted HoneyBaked, they went out of their way to make it right. I cannot say enough good things about this company and their ethics. Also, their products are so high quality that we cannot get enough. Definitely worth the 76 mile trek and the price. And the portions allow for leftovers on most of their products. I am grateful for such amazing customer service and products.“
