“We came here on a Friday afternoon with my husband's aunt who lives in the community. We sat outside with a lovely view of the majestic mountains and beautifully maintained golf course grounds. Our server Rachel was very friendly and attentive. Given that it was a Friday during Lent, we much appreciated the seafood options on the menu. We ordered calamari to share as an appetizer, which was tasty. I also ordered a bowl of Manhattan clam chowder before my meal, which was also tasty. My husband and his aunt both ordered the tuna wrap, which was huge (his aunt had to bring half of hers home) and I ordered the salmon southwest salad, both of which were delicious. Even better, we very much appreciate the carrot cake dessert option, which is a favorite of ours to order anywhere it's offered (and we were surprised when Rachel asked "any room for dessert?" and my husband answered "well, let's see, do you have carrot cake?" and Rachel said "yes, we do, and it's delicious!" and indeed, she was correct!!!). All in all, a fabulous meal with a friendly server and a phenomenal view.“

“Celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Ember for the third straight year. Always a fabulous experience. Filet mignons were cooked to perfection. Yummm. Wait staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive but not hovering. Pricing on menu items was appropriate for a high end restaurant. If you are looking for a very nice dining experience for a special occasion, the Ember is an excellent choice.“

“The place is quite decent. Just was there and they have raised their prices. I find it no longer worth it to eat there. I think their new prices are out of line so I will be going somewhere else.
