“Just WOW! Went with family for happy hour/dinner and the service was exceptional. We tried many items and EVERYTHING was delicious! What a gem, so close and so affordable. The calamari was outstanding, bacon wrapped sausage delicious, salmon cooked to perfection, stuffed mushrooms excellent, the marinara sauce brought me back to my Grandma's kitchen never imagined anyone could duplicate her sauce! Drinks were heavenly and beer ice cold. I'll definitely be back to try breakfast and brunch! The prices are unbelievable for the quality, we had a large party and I expected double what the actual bill was. I haven't had this good of an experience at a resteraunt in years!! I highly recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed.“

“Top marks across the board! My family and I have been dining in here for years and have never had anything but good things to say about them. So for our wedding my wife and I had a German themed wedding that could be described as an old world decorated ceremony and dinner with an Oktoberfest reception. Anyways, we needed food to be catered and there being only about two restaurants in the valley that could support this, we were able to come to an agreement with Chef Luis and his staff here at Haus Murphy's. This was a wedding planned for a max of 175 people to attend, there was not that many to attend but we ordered enough food for that amount of people. Our request was for giant pretzels and stuffed mushrooms for the cocktail hour with their mustard and cheese dips. Main course was Eisbein, The BIG Smoked Beefy Bratwurst, Kilometer, spätzle, potato pancakes, German potato salad, and sauerkraut. Chef Luis nailed it!!! The food was definitely one of THE MOST talked about hits at our wedding and I could not agree more! I love this place and it will always be high on my recommendations for friends and family who visit the valley and is a Downtown Glendale treasure.“

“We had reservations at 5pm, which was a perfect time to hit their happy hour and find parking in their small lot. The summer menu was amazing! My favorite was the squash salad- so light and flavorful without being weighed down by a lot of dressing. My husband noted that it felt like a fine dining experience with hoe attentive the staff were. Will definitely be coming back when we're in the area again!“

“This is a nice taproom with ample choices of your favorite brew. I tried the hefe moon bay and psuedo ale, if that's not your cup of tea there is 16 on draft and plenty more in cans. There is a nice patio with mist too. Inside is a break from the heat and you can catch your favorite game while enjoying your drink.“

“Theadore is my favorite place downtown Phoenix. However I feel like the variety of drinks is limited and basic. I’m gluten free and always come here for a beer. And the amount of gluten free beers and ciders are always inconsistent. One day they will have a gf ipa and the next day nothing remotely gluten free. I have friends who aren’t gluten free and just enjoy a cider. And I came today and there weren’t any. All in all a great place“

“As a proud Wine Club member, I recently planned a Ladies Night Out for wine tasting and dinner, and once again, this place exceeded all expectations! The Wine Club perks alone make membership worth every penny.

We started the evening with a wine tasting that featured an excellent selection. Matthew made the experience even better with his outstanding customer service, warm personality, and welcoming smile.

For dinner, we were fortunate to have Jena P. as our server, and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel like VIPs from beginning to end. Her positive energy and genuine hospitality truly elevated our evening.

Our party of four shared several appetizers, and there was more than enough to go around. The Thai Lettuce Wraps were hands down my favorite—they were fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious!

Before leaving, I picked up my monthly Wine Club bottles and was assisted by Bobby. He was fantastic! He took the time to highlight the incredible benefits of the Wine Club while keeping us laughing the entire time. His enthusiasm and knowledge made an already great evening even more memorable.

“First I found going in though the kitchen was interesting. James from Cape Cod showed us to our table. He was marvelous. The atmosphere was amazing. We felt we were back in the 1950’s. Corey our waiter was very attentive. We first ordered something to drink. He gave us a while to enjoy them and talk. We then ordered our dinners. I had the Prime Rib and my husband ordered Filet Mignon. They both were made with perfection. Various staff members kept filling our water glasses. After dinner Corey came with an incredible Strawberry Shortcake. That was a gift for our first time there. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Phoenix.“

“We had dinner tonight at Flemings in Peoria. Food was great. We all had the 11oz filet. Brea was our server and she was amazing. She was very kind and attentive. Thank you Brea 😊 We were able to find parking and the restaurant was not crazy busy.“

“Lydia's Kitchen & Market is a cute, tucked-away spot with an adorable, homey atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The coffee was excellent—especially the One Year Latte and Waffle Cone Latte—and the food was just as impressive. We loved the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and the Croque Monsieur.

Service can be a little slow during busy times, but the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which more than makes up for it. The only other thing to note is that parking can get packed, so plan ahead or consider carpooling if you're visiting with a group.

“We found out about this bar sort of by accident after dining at Valentine's. When we went in it was early so we were the only ones in the place, very cool vibe, with Miles Davis playing. Alyssa (sp?) came right to our table and gave us a full rundown on the drinks and helped w/recommendations. The drinks were fantastic, interesting blend of flavors and textures. We will be back!
