“This was a very unexpected surprise. As a golfer who loves to play as many courses as possible. This was my first time playing here. Since this course was at a retirement community. I was expecting an easy, flat, and bland layout. I was definitely wrong! Oakwood Country Club was a very enjoyable course. The layout was great, had some challenging holes, with some nice scenery. The course was in immaculate condition, and service was on point. This is a course I am looking forward to coming back.“
“Despite the male server giving me rude, dirty looks, I enjoyed my 1st ever visit here. It reminds me of a place in Cottonwood. I would have given the atmosphere 5 stars if the male server smiled at me & the other guests when greeting & taking the guests order.“
“Nice variety on menu. Affordable prices. Protein portions are somewhat small. Don't expect to take anything home. A nice restaurant, easily accessible in a 55+ community.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible and chairs can be moved to accommodate wheelchairs“
“My cousins live here, and although I was a guest; I was treated the same. The over-easy eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and wheat toast were delicious every time.Wheelchair accessibility: From parking lot to booth/table there's plenty of room to navigate around in a wheelchair; motorized, or not.“

“Was in the area and found this by maps restaurant near me!! Made a great choice. Family owned. Great Food. The pic is of the Mother Clucker. I had to Fun Guy Burger which was really good. I recommend the onion rings. The Cider was the Blueberry Spaceship Box. Definitely worth the stop!“
“I loved the Lobster Mac N Cheese. It was a delicious appetizer but would have been a perfect meal size. After sharing that with my friends. I ordered the Spicy Seafood Pasta, which was perfectly seasoned. It was so good I almost ate all of it before snapping a pic. Sorry, world.“
“Loved the food and cocktails…had their pan-seared duck breast paired with their Diddy Did It spicy Margarita! YUM! Also loved their ambience (white cloth covered tables and candles), and impeccable service! Will definitely be back! Thank you for a lovely dining experience!“
“Everything I've had so far has been delicious and the portions are enormous!!! The staff is very welcoming. You can feel the love from the first "hello." This will definitely be my "after church" brunch/breakfast choice from here on out!!!!“
“Food is good but not amazing. I ordered the Cowboy steak medium and got it well done and it was smothered with the veggies. Pretty much, it's like an Steak Ranchero with a bigger price tag. I thought it was gonna be a traditional grill. The steak was good though, just not how I wanted it.“
“This place is in a quaint little antique store so the smell is all over. It kinda traps you . The meat was tender a little fatty but my pup got those bits. They must make the buns they were so soft. It came with BBQ sauce on the side and a pickle also coleslaw. The cookies fresh and full of flavor.“
“So it was a Sunday & Easter, so of course there was a wait time. However, we expected this so this wasn't a bother. But when we were seated our server Lacey was fabulous. She was very personable and friendly. We bonded over palomoas. We’ve been here a couple times, love the place and the food. I think the rain just made everything taste better. Thanks for getting us sat in a timely manner and the food again was awesome.“
“Had been wanting to try out this spot so we stopped in for drinks and dessert! Ordered an Aperol spritz (wasn't on menu) and the Smokeshow #18. Both drinks were really good and they had a great selection of specialty cocktails. We also ordered the S'mores pazookie which unfortunately was overcooked so we did not get a great taste of the cookie, but that did not stop us from finishing it :) Love the small, intimate atmosphere this place offers! Would love to come back for dinner or brunch!“
“Interesting menu. Lots of different options, most very healthy sounding. Been here multiple times, almost always for brunch. Service and ambiance are great. The place is cute. The food is really good as well. Some of it is really healthy, some not so much but has great flavor (pasta, sandwiches). Recently we went for lunch in the middle of the week and got the Mexicali quinoa bowl and a Philly cheesecake sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were sooooooo good. The flavors were on point. The service was very speedy for being in the middle of lunch hour rush.“
“me and my girlfriend come here quite often , and we love having jay frank be our server, he is super friendly and funny, he just always brings a smile to our face, always checks on us and makes sure we are happy with our visit, i love egg n’joe. 11/10 absolutely amazing food.“
“This place is a really cool spot to bring some friends and enjoy great food. We sat at the bar and the staff was super friendly. Kept drinks refilled and the food was great. This is our new stop for lunch when we are in the area. Cannot wait for football season, this is the place!“
“Good food with a nice variety of menu items, great beer selection (both draft and in the cooler), and solid non-beer offerings in wine and cocktails. The dog-friendly patio is a great place to spend time almost all year round with complete shade along with fans, misters and heaters, depending on the season.“
“I’ve been coming to this restaurant since about 2009-2010 and it’s easily one of my favorite spots to grab lunch at in all of Phoenix. Fantastic food (best Philly Cheesesteaks you’ll have outside of Philly, guaranteed), the staff is wonderful and family run, and the service and consistency of the food is always on point. I’d highly recommend Philly’s Famous to anyone, and I’ll continue to be a customer for a very long time coming.“
“Great place for alternative food options like gluten-free. Love the fact that they had gluten-free desserts. Kids' meal is perfect size with a nice variety of side options. We were visiting out of state, so we came across this place via Instagram. Wish we had found it earlier in our vacation so we could have gone back again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and vegan optionsKid-friendliness: Perfect for families. We brought our 3 kiddos and the kid's menu had a nice variety for their specific food needs.“
“Had the Ham and Gruyere omelet which was delicious and it came with seasoned potatoes and toast. To drink I ordered the Kale Tonic fresh juice and that was the best juice I've tasted so fresh and light. Definitely recommend. There was a wait to be seated however I knew this restaurant had really dood food so didn't mind the wait.“
“I had the southwest omelette which was pretty yummy. The ranchero sauce on it added good flavor so I didn't need to use hot sauce. The employees were nice and the manager even stopped by to check on us and kept us updated on our food since it took a little longer than she thought it should have. Over all this place has a nice vibe and good food!“
“This is by far my favorite Pita Jungle location. I'm a picky eater and I specify which ingredients I want in my spicy chicken wrap. The chefs there always do it just right. I've moved to another state but always try to get my fix at Pita Jungle when I visit. One family member is vegetarian and they are always happy. Staff is also great.“
“Family and I decided to go here for breakfast while kids on spring break. Second time here, first time was good as well.I ordered the Barbacoa Chilaquiles breakfast bowl. This was an awesome dish! So much flavor and filling. Would get it again for sure.Only complaint like most other places is coffee is getting outta control at $3.99. Will be water next time sadly.“
“Delicious food, amazing service, jumping atmosphere. This was a great healthy place to visit during our time in Gilbert. Large selection of menu items, which included gluten free options. Hopefully they will build one in the West Valley soon.“
“First I'll start with the food, I'd really give it 6 stars if I could because gosh darn that chef in the kitchen is awesome. I would say best freaking bar food in all of the east valley but it's not bar food it's delicious food that happens to be in a bar. The service every time I go is always on point with knowledgeable servers and very fast service. I would highly recommend BDKS for there great food, great service and a very pleasant atmosphere.Side note I absolutely love that they have all the UFC pay previews, I'd much rather go give my 100 bucks to BDKS then to espn/ufc“
“The food was incredible, I got the burger has bacon jam and goat cheese. It was cooked to perfection and prob the best burger I've ever had. We got the guac as an app only thing is I wish they had more chips. But good enough to eat with a fork, which we did. Cocktails were also amazing!“
“Got the St. Patty Melt (only avail til end of this month)-well worth the try. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was bc I was a little let down that they didn't have a west coast IPA still when they have a great variety of everything else, and service Was good but usually only pur 5 when it's high engagement and absolutely perfect (just me) but it really was a great visit.“
“Have enjoyed this restaurant for MANY years. ALWAYS consistent and creative. Food always comes out hot; good service, generous pours, GREAT value!Vegetarian options: There ARE options.Parking: Sadly, the strip mall is almost vacant, so parking is not an issue.“
“Dine-in on Monday, March 25th. Argy was my server who was fine. I had the momma’s pancake breakfast with bacon, and a side of their fried apples. Everything tasted good; including the pancakes. The best pancakes in Phoenix; served with real butter, and real maple syrup. One can’t beat the value either. Only plaints I’d make a note of: the coffee is a coin flip as to whether it will be hot & fresh, or tepid; and they never provide a teaspoon anymore. Just a fork and knife. My check came to $18+change. Checking out is fine. The country store has some nice items if you’re looking for something to buy for yourself, or as a gift. The bathrooms could use a touch up as far as maintenance, or cleaning. It’s not too bad, but more frequent attention would be nicer to see. A nice meal today. Relaxing, and no rush. Argy (Argelina?) was fine in providing prompt service, attending to my questions or needs, and was not overly pressing or tentative. Thank you.“
“Ordered the German Pancakes (comes with lemon, butter, and powder sugar) substituted eggs with hashbrowns. The pancakes (dutch babies) can be a hard dish to get it right, but these guys have it down, always cooked to perfection. I am a maple syrup pancacke guy, but my wife had me try these last year (lemon, butter, and powder sugar doesn't sound rich enough for me, but with these dutch babbies, it is the perfect combination).Waitress very accommodating with our party. Recommend going early or later in the afternoon, or you might have a 30 to 45 minute wait.“
“I am from Chicago, and I know a good hotdog!! This was the BEST hotdog I have tasted. It's more than a dog but an experience. It will get messy, so order two and find your happy places! You can get it to go as well. It's my must-have Friday night. Must Try!!Parking: Parking is available right there.Kid-friendliness: Very kind and welcomingWheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of room to park van if needed. Lit up sidewalk.“
“Brunch with Mrs. V. @ one of our fave brunch eateries in downtown Gilbert. Frannie ordered the Chili Verde Benedict which she described as absolutely amazingly. I ordered Juan’s Breakfast Tacos (My go to) which had flavor for days. A beautiful Fall day, 85° and sunny, provided perfect weather for outdoor seating. Our server, Camille, was extraordinarily friendly, and engaging. The GM, Mariam visited our table and presented us with a complimentary cinnamon roll pancake (off their “secret” menu) courtesy of Camille, which was incredibly thoughtful and delicious. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!“
“I was in AZ on a business trip, and we stopped here because it was close to our hotel - maybe a 10 minute walk.My wife and 6 y/o son flew in the day after me to visit some local family on spring break; we live in a different time zone, so my son was getting cranky by the time we sat down for dinner. Our waiter, Oscar (called himself "the grouch"), was awesome. He managed to turn my son's mood around for the remainder of the evening.I told the manager that Oscar is great. I hope he gets some commendation for going above and beyond with his excellent customer service. The food and service were great. I'll go back again next time I'm in town.“
“The customer service was exceptional. Everyone we encountered from the beginning of our evening until the end was highly attentive and took time to answer our questions. The appropriate portion sizes were just right. A pleasant surprise to have dinner for two around $100 that included two adult beverages as well as dessert with wine pairings. We will be back to sample other menu items.“
“Our server was amazing. She visited our table the perfect amount of times and gave excellent wine recommendations. My wife had the filet mignon and she loved it. I had the smoked chili salmon with roasted red pepper chimichurri sauce and lemon butter accompanied with roasted broccolini and crispy fingerlings. It was absolutely delicious!“
“I’ve always loved Honey Baked Ham, and this location is amazing. I got a smoked turkey to make for Thanksgiving, which was recommended to me by the lady who was there. She was informative of how to prepare it, and just super friendly all around!!“
“We come every week. Food, staff and vibe all feel like home. They are so accomadeting to soecial dietary needs. Brenna always makes sure the drinks stay full just like our stomachs when we leave. Keep up the amazing service - YA'LL ARE ROCK “
“Food was yummy, parking can be tricky. There is a wait always but worth it. Cute place wished the outside seats were a little more comfy. All in all we had a good time. Brunch with my favorite people! I did not care for my maple bacon pancakes they came with a whiskey syrup they had soaked them in. It tasted very odd. So our waitress stated they are backed up and it could take awhile for something new. I ordered the California Benny it was very yummy, and came out really quick. You simply must try the home made cinnamon rolls too! Out of this world.“
“Customer service by the manager and workers are really attentive and they really do care; they followed up and remembered my prior order in the past where on an experienced I felt the food wasn’t as freshly fried/oil was stale. However, my second visit the food has tasted fresh and really good - will be visiting back“
“Can’t say enough good things about the chandler location. Great service , food & over all experience. The manager was so attentive & our waitress sold us. Her first night but would have thought she was there forever! She impressed us enough to put it on our local rotation of weekly spots!“
“This would have been a zero if it wasn't for my server. Was bumped twice for a party who threw a fit about wait time. We waited an hr they waited 30 minutes roughly. However Bobby L was amazing very accommodating and was just overall very friendly and very attentive. Bobby you can do whatever you set your mind to with your “
“I never thought that a simple visit to Freddy's would change my perspective on life, but here we are. It was just another Thursday evening, and I was in a rush to grab a few things after a long day at work. The store was busier than usual, and honestly, I was on the verge of frustration. That's when I met Willow, the cashier who transformed an ordinary moment into something unforgettable. I received some of the best customer service with this cashier and I suggest coming here, you feel so welcomed.“
“First time here for dinner...love the ambiance. The birds are nice to hear but we loved hearing the live band and upbeat music. Note: must be 21 & over to be on the roof. We had teens with us so will have to come back without them. Kids had great time with the birds and dog ? friendly patio.“
“Great place to relax and sip on some cocktails or beers grab a bite to eat great food they have to offer or hang and shoot some pool catch up with friends there and not to say the bartenders really interact with all the customers and right there when you need anything. I recommend heading down and grad some drinks and food and Enjoy yourselves..“
“Wonderful food but they didn't say when food was really spicy for my granddaughter so she couldn't eat it. Buck, our waiter, did bring her bread and butter. There are a lot of elderly there so some want to know if it is spicy or not.Parking: Plan on walking about two blocksWheelchair accessibility: 36 inch door“
“Yesterday was our first experience at Holiday Toast & Tap. We were pleasantly surprised. The food and drinks were delicious, we were greeted right away when we walked in, and the service was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend giving Holiday Toast and Tap a try! We will definitely be return customers.“
“Food, service, and ambience were all outstanding! My server was very attentive, but not over the top (in a good way). Food came out hot and the cook on my steak (med. rare) was perfection! Even my side of green beans were delicious with the perfect amount of seasoning and ‘bite' on the cook.“
“I had your basic BBQ burger. It was very good, as were the fries. There isn't much on the menu that appealed to me. At least for lunch. The burger was tasty. Service was very good, I was part of a very large group. They handled us very well.“
“Date of Visit: Sunday, March 24th, 2024Our latest visit to our go-to breakfast place reaffirmed why it holds such a special place in our hearts. Accompanied by my wife and in-laws, we ventured out for a morning feast, eager to indulge in the comforting and familiar ambiance that we've come to love. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and professionalism of the staff were palpable. It's not often you encounter a place where service consistently hits the mark, ensuring each visit is seamless and enjoyable. Here, it's a guarantee. The team's dedication to providing a 5-star experience is evident, with attentiveness and genuine care for diners' needs at the forefront. The food, as always, was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish we ordered was prepared to perfection, bursting with flavor and presented with care. My choice, the veggie omelet paired with pancakes, was a delightful mix of light and hearty, a testament to the kitchen's ability to balance tastes and textures. The pancakes, fluffy and golden, served as a sweet counterpart to the savory omelet, making for a satisfying and well-rounded meal. What sets this place apart is its consistent ability to deliver an outstanding dining experience. It's a rarity to find a spot that never falters, where each visit is as good as, if not better than, the last. This breakfast spot has become more than just a place to eat; it's a cherished weekend ritual, a place where memories are made and traditions are upheld. To anyone looking for an exceptional breakfast experience, I can not recommend this place enough. Whether you're a fan of savory omelets or have a sweet tooth for pancakes, you're in for a treat. It's hands down my favorite breakfast spot, and I'm confident it will win you over, too.“
“Great food, service and atmosphere. Only thing was, surprised I sat there fire a few minutes before greeted and offered a drink, and it wasn't very busy, bartender even helped someone that arrived after me... I got over it as they were great after that, maybe you just need to be more assertive. But I don't like to be pushy.“
