Dine-in on Monday, March 25th. Argy was my server who was fine. I had the momma’s pancake breakfast with bacon, and a side of their fried apples. Everything tasted good; including the pancakes. The best pancakes in Phoenix; served with real butter, and real maple syrup. One can’t beat the value either. Only plaints I’d make a note of: the coffee is a coin flip as to whether it will be hot & fresh, or tepid; and they never provide a teaspoon anymore. Just a fork and knife....read full review
