This place WAS my regular stop on the way to work but you can’t count on them having enough staff to handle even opening the lobby. “On the go” means people are in a hurry in the morning, they don’t seem to get it. Online ordered yesterday April 1, 2024 through the app only to find they were in drive through only mode. Nine cars deep? I can’t wait for that during morning commute. I was just asked, during normal business hours, if I thought that it was kind of late to be placing an order seeing as they were about to close. I thought the purpose was to maximize every opportunity to make revenue while the doors were still open. Not the most conducive of ways to warrant repeat business.

I live at Dunkin, they should give me free stuff for advertising. This specific location always gets my order right. Never wait long for my order and the service is outstanding, from the morning crew to the evening crew. When I did eat food at any Dunkin it's average. But the donuts taste wonderful if you're able to get them fresh.
