Burger Restaurants near Fountain Hills

“Ftn Hills location has changed their policy to serve old meat, sitting on grill too long, dried out and cold. Fries are cold and rubbery, tomatoes and lettuce are always wilted. Menu shows items they no longer have. And they screwed up my drink. I asked them to cook fresh meat and they still gave me the old meat. NEVER GOING BACK“

“This Burger King under Barnett management is honestly a blessing when it comes to fast food. Every visit has been consistently great. Nothing has ever been cold, delayed, or incorrect. The staff always greet customers with smiles and go out of their way to help whenever they can.
I’ve had plenty of issues with other Burger King locations, but this one is by far my number one choice anytime I’m in the area. It’s refreshing to see a team that clearly cares about quality, customer service, and efficiency. Thank you to everyone here, and keep up the amazing work you put forth every day.“

“The staff were very friendly.

The owner needs to do research on service dogs. They are not required to wear vests. You should go to ADA.gov and learn the ins and out of a service dog, especially as a business owner. The Department of Health does not mandate this.

Many people take advantage of having a service dog which is ridiculous for those who have and need them but you can't require a vest or anything else of that sort. If anything people take advantage of those vests.

Being I have a service dog this made me chuckle.“
