“So I really liked this place the 4 times I had it delivered. Sandwiches are my favorite food and after having such a good experience with 2 sandwiches i had plans to try every one they had. However, the last two I ordered (meatball and chicken something or other with different deli peppers) had a laughably small amount of meat in them. Third times the charm, especially in a row, so we'll see. I really want to like this place but if turkey is the only thing they can supply in a portionable quantity, then I'm out. 🤞“

“Meet with a group for lunch every Monday. Staff greets us by name, makes us feel welcome, and never makes us feel rushed to leave. Our orders are taken quickly and food is brought to our table. Food is freshly made, arrives quickly and is always hot. Love this place!“

“I love MOD Pizza! Fresh ingredients, fast and friendly service, and the pizza was yummy!
One word of advice: Just because you can pile on the toppings doesn't necessarily mean you should! Pick a flavor profile you're going for and stick with a reasonable number of toppings. Too many ingredients can throw off the balance, leaving you with a soggy crust or an uneven bake. Sometimes less really is more!

“I want to recognize Nichole for her outstanding customer service. After I received the wrong pizza, I called the store and she immediately offered to remake it. I let her know I was already home, but that I could come in the next day. When I arrived, she greeted me with enthusiasm and even remembered our conversation from the day before.

It was truly a pleasure having her remake my pizzas. Nichole has a genuine “I can help you” attitude, and she leads by example. She made things right without hesitation, and her professionalism, kindness, and effort really stood out. Employees like her make a huge difference in the customer experience.

“Miles and Maria were fantastic. This was our 1st time eating the food and it was unfortunately ordered thru Door Dash.

Because the order was incorrect when delivered, I called them (Door Dash) for resolution. They denied any help, even with the store admitting some fault. The driver only picked up half our order.

I requested a refund and door dash hung up on me and closed the dispute.

NOT COOL

When I called Miles and Maria at the store, they refunded the order and Went the extra step to REDELIVER the order personally.

By the way... I contacted doordash to cancel my annual membership as well. They wouldn't even refund the difference on my Discover card so I had to contact my credit card who took care of the cancellation and the refund as well. Pretty pathetic.

“I came in today on Labor Day, and I have to give recognition to the cashier who helped me. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was wearing glasses and had one of the most positive attitudes I’ve seen in a long time.

She made sure every detail of my order was correct, down to the pickles and everything else. She even followed up afterward to make sure I had a drink carrier and everything I needed.

What impressed me most was that she never stopped. After helping customers, I saw her cleaning the drink fountain area, wiping down tables, and then cleaning the floors, all while keeping a smile on her face. She was seriously a one-woman army.

As a business owner myself, I notice employees like this. Whoever manages this location, that woman is a keeper and deserves recognition. Especially working on Labor Day, her attitude and work ethic were outstanding.

I honestly wasn’t much of a Whataburger fan before, but if this is the kind of service I can expect here, I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Excellent job!“

“Hire honest workers! We went through the drive thru at approx 6:30pm tonIght and ordered 2 small butterfinger blizzards. He said it would be $11 and change. Seemed high to us! We asked for Military discount and gave him $15. He gave us back approx $.40 and argued with us that we gave him $11. We did not have any singles. My husband took $15 out of his wallet and handed it to me. I Looked at it, so I know how much we gave him. Anyway, he pulled a dollar bill out of the. register and said see! I have just left Carl’s Jr. and was honestly blown away by the service. The food came out hot and fresh, and the girl working, Teyha, was so kind and welcoming.

What stood out the most was how she handled a very rude customer. Even though they were being difficult, she stayed calm, professional, and did everything she could to make them happy. You could tell she genuinely cared about doing a good job and taking care of people.

Employees like Teyha are hard to find these days. She deserves recognition for the way she treats customers and the effort she puts into her work. Honestly, she deserves a raise. People who work as hard as she does and treat customers that well are the reason businesses keep customers coming back.

“I go a lot of subways around the valley and this location is by far my favorite!! I came to this location for lunch today (May 2nd). Laila was the employee that helped me. She was so sweet, professional and helped me with a smile on her face!

“Normally it's very good, today I ordered a Jalapeno chicken with double chicken, carrots, and blue cheese dressing. I got the regular Jalapeno chicken salad, and nothing that I asked for. Plus, I don't even know what I got charged for because I didn't receive a receipt. The drive thru operator sounded incoherent.“
