“Everytime I've been to an Ono, I get the same experience, and that makes me happy. I get great food and the good service. I love the food and I always get some Musubi and a plate with pork. The teriyaki sauce is my favorite, I'll put it on anything, I'm not a fan of the Kalua sauce. They sell a young coconut with a straw and spoon which is a really refreshing drink to go with any meal.“

“I was in the drive thru for 35 minutes! I was the third person in line with no one behind me for 10 min, by the time I left there were at least 10 behind me. ! We asked for Military discount and gave him $15. He gave us back approx $.40 and argued with us that we gave him $11. We did not have any singles. “Before today we really loved the food and service at this place. Called our order in and was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. We showed up 40 minutes later and was told that it would be another 10 minutes so we gave them another 15 minutes. I returned to their counter just to be told that it will still be another 2 minutes or so. All this after watching others walk in ,order their food and leave with their orders while I was still waiting . The guy working the counter was new to me but I noticed his attitude was really different and I herd him arguing and cussing with someone in the back. If we ever go back to this location we will just turn around and leave if this person is at their counter . If I try calling our orders in and I hear that don’t gave a Dam voice we will not waste our time with this place just go somewhere else.“

But if they are all modeled after this one in terms of employee training and so forth then I say Carl's Jr is one of the best customer service places there is. One of their employees, Monica, she is so polite and helpful in dealing with misunderstandings or Mix-Ups with orders and she understands the customer's always right. She helped me figure out what to eat when I was hungry and make sure the order is correct. She even brought my meal to my table so I didn't have to walk back and forth with my service animal. Once again, why is it on the app then? They even hav screens in store that u can order from, instead of waiting for a person to order from, that also hav those items for sale on them. When I asked why, the manager said those are connected to the app. Why hav those in the store if u might order incorrectly from them? “Drove 45 minutes for some White Castle. 100% worth the drive, food was incredible for the price, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. They even had one of the NFL games playing on a tv for us to watch while eating. We will end up going to this location again in the future, would like a White Castle expansion deeper into the east valley eventually.“
