“I don’t usually write reviews, but after what I witnessed at Raising Cane’s last night, I had to speak up. Mohamed isn’t just an employee, he’s a full-on legend.
The dinner rush hit like a Category 5 hurricane. The line was wrapped around the building, someone dropped an entire sweet tea on the floor, a toddler was crying, two DoorDash drivers were arguing, and somehow the fryer sounded like it was preparing for takeoff. In the middle of all this chaos stood Mohamed. Calm. Focused. Fearless.
This man was taking orders, helping coworkers, handing out food, cleaning tables, and somehow still making every customer feel like they were the most important person there. At one point, I’m pretty sure he caught a box combo before it hit the ground with reflexes faster than a Marvel superhero. The crowd erupted. People clapped. A grown man saluted him.
And the craziest part? Mohamed stayed smiling the entire time.
My food was perfect, fresh, and fast despite the madness. Honestly, if Raising Cane’s has any sense, they’ll give Mohamed a raise immediately because that man is carrying the restaurant on his back like an action movie hero.

I had a failed Whataburger visit over in old town Scottsdale where I ended up pulling out of the line to come to my favorite Whataburger here in the valley! These folks have got it going on, knowledgeable, kind, and considerate, and willing to think outside of the box to take care of their customers! I let her know I was already home, but that I could come in the next day. When I arrived, she greeted me with enthusiasm and even remembered our conversation from the day before.

It was truly a pleasure having her remake my pizzas. Nichole has a genuine “I can help you” attitude, and she leads by example. She made things right without hesitation, and her professionalism, kindness, and effort really stood out. Employees like her make a huge difference in the customer experience.

“Hire honest workers! We went through the drive thru at approx 6:30pm tonIght and ordered 2 small butterfinger blizzards. He said it would be $11 and change. Seemed high to us! We asked for Military discount and gave him $15. He gave us back approx $.40 and argued with us that we gave him $11. We did not have any singles. My husband took $15 out of his wallet and handed it to me. I Looked at it, so I know how much we gave him. Anyway, he pulled a dollar bill out of the. register and said see! I am saying he is a liar and a thief. We will NEVER go back to that Dairy Queen again, even though it is the closest to home.“

Not only that but the pizzas are made from scratch and when you tell them everything you want on it they throw it in a like an open fire pit type thing to get you r pizza to cook. I have just left Carl’s Jr. and was honestly blown away by the service. The food came out hot and fresh, and the girl working, Teyha, was so kind and welcoming.

What stood out the most was how she handled a very rude customer. Even though they were being difficult, she stayed calm, professional, and did everything she could to make them happy. You could tell she genuinely cared about doing a good job and taking care of people.

Employees like Teyha are hard to find these days. She deserves recognition for the way she treats customers and the effort she puts into her work. Honestly, she deserves a raise. People who work as hard as she does and treat customers that well are the reason businesses keep customers coming back.

Caitelia is hands down the hardest working manager and person I know who goes above and beyond for her customers. She always ensures the food is fresh, great quality and delicious which my family really appreciates and we have this Pizza Hut quite often. She is an absolute great asset to this team and I will continue to support her business and hard work that she puts in day in and day out. She has really made this Pizza Hut amazing over the last few years including the quality and teamwork she offers.“
