I didn’t believe the reviews. Now I do. I thought White Castle would always have bad reviews, but these were especially bad. The food here is nowhere near the standard at other locations. I’m not sure if it the workers not being properly trained or the food provider that’s creating the issue, but they need to figure it out. The fries were the worst fries I’ve ever had and I ended up throwing them out, and the burgers were not cooked right and had an odd plastic taste....read full review
The greeter was good.provided fast friendly service. Had a double burger. Looked sloppy and tasted so bad I almost couldn't keep it down. Very disappointed. I will not go back for a burger. Onion chips and range of sauces was great.

The drive-thru is not manned by a real person. Ordering was not without issues and very frustrating. Had to confirm our order at pickup window and it was correct. Go figure. I now do not like Sliders but the onion chips are good.
