“Went into this new Taco Bell for the first time,I don't order online and just wanted to see the menu and order at the front desk like I do at the other Taco Bells,this girl came out and said we don't have time to take your order we are working on online orders only I said WHAT,she said same thing,I said so you are not going to take my order she just went back to area she came from another girl heard her and she said she would help me,but then what looked like the manager came out and said he would help me and he took my order was very polite and he told me menu is on kiosk and showed me how to find what I wanted,very bad experience,not everyone wants to order online or is a senior and knows how“

“So I did a mobile order here at the very last second this early afternoon. Upon arriving at the drive thru, I encountered 3 male employees. 1st was to get my receipt, a young Hispanic male, very polite welcoming. The 2nd was an older Hispanic gentleman who was out making sure the drive thru remained cleaned and professional looking. He was also sweet and friendly. 3rd was another tall young Hispanic male at the pick-up window. He was super nice, fast, repeated my order to me, and was presentable.
Heck, all 3 employees were very presentable!
All 3 even seemed happy to be working and didn't look fake happy or miserable like the employees in other places.
I've done their job before and I know it isn't easy.
I appreciate and love that the 1st and 3rd employees REPEATED my order back to me! That tells me they are attentive to detail and get it right the first time.
Did I mention everything was fresh, especially the ice in my coke!

“I don't understand all the complaints for this location. I read quite a few before going on work break and was skeptical. 1st off, food tasted great, the soda machine, mountain dew tastes perfectly fine also. Extremely nice staff, especially the native lady working behind the counter. Did not catch her name. Played good music while I was here also which for me liking Rock music, it made my night honestly. Would eat here anytime. Highly recommended. Also this is around 530 dinner rush, not overly busy but constant foot traffic. No wait really either.“

I had a survey completed for a free whopper and when the crew was unsure how to comp the item, they went above and beyond to figure it out. “The Ahwatukee location is by far the best location to visit! Everyone on the morning team is exceptional, but we just love Jakob and Omar! They are so friendly and my 4 year old just loves them. They always make him feel super special and he tells people they are his friends. :) Food is always delicious and I want to thank this location for always making me a custom salad at 630am. It seems small, but it allows me to stay at work and not have to go back out for my lunch in the heat. Thank you for your kindness and great service Ahwatukee location. ❤“

“Just stopped in for the first time this morning. Wasn't sure what to expect. Wow, love the two I had, the egg, cheese and ham and the smoked sausage and cheese. I will definitely be back for more!“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but after what I witnessed at Raising Cane’s last night, I had to speak up. Mohamed isn’t just an employee, he’s a full-on legend.
The dinner rush hit like a Category 5 hurricane. The line was wrapped around the building, someone dropped an entire sweet tea on the floor, a toddler was crying, two DoorDash drivers were arguing, and somehow the fryer sounded like it was preparing for takeoff. In the middle of all this chaos stood Mohamed. Calm. Focused. Fearless.
This man was taking orders, helping coworkers, handing out food, cleaning tables, and somehow still making every customer feel like they were the most important person there. At one point, I’m pretty sure he caught a box combo before it hit the ground with reflexes faster than a Marvel superhero. The crowd erupted. People clapped. A grown man saluted him.
And the craziest part? Mohamed stayed smiling the entire time.
My food was perfect, fresh, and fast despite the madness. Honestly, if Raising Cane’s has any sense, they’ll give Mohamed a raise immediately because that man is carrying the restaurant on his back like an action movie hero.
5 stars isn’t enough. Give this man a trophy, a cape, and a promotion.“

Great variety menu but I love their burgers….thin, double patty’s (which to me isn’t a bad thing because it’s sort of crispy) and full of flavor. I love their thin, crispy french fries but today I tried the tater tots and WOW! Those were YUM too! You shouldn’t skip dessert because their icecream sundaes and shakes are delish! My favorite is the Turtle Sundae.
The drive-thru takes a little bit longer than most drive-thru’s but the food comes out hot & fresh and the staff is super friendly and welcoming, which is a nice change from typical fast food res. You absolutely must give Freddy’s a try! PS: You can thank me later! ;-)“

“I stumbled upon this place as I was starving after a long hard day at work, as soon as I walked in I was nicely greeted and welcomed, the place was super clean and customer service was great. Prices are great and so is the food AND it’s

The facility was a typical fast food place, reasonably clean and the service was reasonably with the food being nice and fresh and warm.“

“We’ve had a few visits to Ono Hawaiian BBQ, and there are definitely some standout aspects—along with a few things that could be improved.

The biggest highlight is the quality of the meat. It really stands out and feels closer to what you’d expect from a good sit-down restaurant rather than a typical quick-service spot. The flavors are solid, portions are generous, and the proteins are consistently satisfying.

Where it falls short for us is the side dishes. We didn’t fully understand how the sides come with the combo meals, and the combination of cooked cabbage mixed with fresh vegetables and rice just didn’t quite work for us. The texture and balance felt a bit off, and it took away from what is otherwise a strong main dish.

That said, after looking at their website, it seems like they may have updated or expanded their side menu, which is great to see. If that’s the case, we’d definitely be open to giving it another try—because improving the sides would make a big difference.

Overall, it’s a place with great meat quality and solid value, but held back a bit by the sides. With some improvements there, it could easily become a regular go-to spot for us.

“Hire honest workers! We went through the drive thru at approx 6:30pm tonIght and ordered 2 small butterfinger blizzards. He said it would be $11 and change. Seemed high to us! We asked for Military discount and gave him $15. He gave us back approx $.40 and argued with us that we gave him $11. We did not have any singles. My husband took $15 out of his wallet and handed it to me. I Looked at it, so I know how much we gave him. Anyway, he pulled a dollar bill out of the. register and said see! I am saying he is a liar and a thief. We will NEVER go back to that Dairy Queen again, even though it is the closest to home.“

Today, for Raising Canes, they sat still, didn’t make a noise, and ate until they were stuffed. That is the biggest compliment possible, especially for my autistic 6 year old who only eats Kraft Mac and cheese cups or pizza rolls without massive protest.“

“Restaurant was clean and well stocked. Ice and soda machine were fully functioning. Staff were quick to take our order and get it made. Food was hot and fresh. I do not frequent Wendy's but once a year. I choose this fast food based on the freshness of the food. I ordered a single and was not asked anything about it and did not realize it automatically came with cheese (I have a dairy intolerance). They had to remake the burger. They did it without complaining.“

“Being from Cali, my wife and I we’re very familiar with Baja Fresh. My wife missed it a lot. She was excited to try the new place. The food was ok, certainly not spectacular, it was a little skimpy on the meat and more expensive than I remembered. $20 for a taco, a burrito and a drink??!? I could have gone to the finest Mexican restaurant in town and order a much more reasonable combo plate. Also, bring so new, none of the young employees had a clue as to what they were doing. Not in any rush to come back.“
