I just got a notification regarding Mr Doug and was very very happy to hear this story! you don't hear that kind of story very often about people caring for others and being as family when some have none... thank you so much staff of the Arby's that knows Mr doug!
and Mr Doug and Arby's staff I know you don't know me but thank you so much for serving and setting a good example that many of us could and should follow

Great food, so satisfying!
Holy cow, talk about a first experience like no other. I didn’t realize I ordered so early into opening, I walk in and realize how clean the restaurant is. It’s immaculately clean, the kitchen in full display and definitely cleaner than a whistle. I don’t remember the guy working the morning of 9/11 but thank you! An angus cheesesteak with Swiss and apparently love! Thanks

Arby's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a wide variety of fresh and tasty options beyond just their classic roast beef sandwiches. Customers have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of their roast beef, chicken, and even fish dishes. Recently, the new BBQ sandwiches have received praise for using real smoked meat, with customers recommending the pulled pork and smoked brisket sandwiches. The restaurant maintains a clean and comfortable dining atmosphere, with friendly and professional staff. One customer highlighted an excellent experience with a polite employee named AJ at the drive-through window, noting his respectful demeanor. While one customer was disappointed with an order missing extra sauce, another appreciated the fresh fish during a special and noted the great service from the staff. Overall, Arby's is described as a reliable and enjoyable fast-food choice, with good deals like the 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches.
