Barista on cold bar was stressed out and made my Trenta Lemonade with Frap roast instead of chai?!?! Nice older gentleman barista helped fix the drink to how it was supposed to be made, but I couldn't help overhearing that the barista didn't know the difference between chai and frap roast?!!!? Are y'all being trained properly?????
Q&A riding the struggle bus again today. Order on the app, wait 10 minutes, leave home and drive to store 5 minutes, arrive and no drink. Wait another 15 minutes, no drink. What is the deal with this store?
