I appreciate the employees working very hard on the daily. However, I’ve received more incorrect drinks at this one location than at any other coffee spot in my life. The drive through is the slowest of any drive through Starbucks in a 10mile radius. PLEASE bring at least 2people from the 202 and Arizona Ave location to do a proper training on how to get drinks made in a timely manner.Arizona ave and 202 location, no matter how many cars are in line, you get through their line in no more than 7min. Please consider making this location run efficiently, more expedient and accurate…never too late to improve your workforce!

Treat your delivery drivers with some respect and ask what they're there for instead of letting us stand there for no reason when orders have already been canceled. I've been in this store multiple times where the people working put their heads down and don't acknowledge people that are waiting for orders. This should be customer service 101. Not difficult. Greet your customers and drivers to avoid this. Very simple.

Placed a mobile order this morning for a single coffee. Showed up 10 minutes after and waited, no problem. A lady behind the counter asked what my name for the order was and asked the guy working the espresso bar to make it right away. 15 minutes go by, no coffee. It is now 30 minutes later and my order still has yet to be made. I walk up and I tell the guy working the espresso bar my name, how long I'd been waiting, and if he had an idea on how much longer. He says "ok." And then I tell him I have to leave and head to work and again I get an "ok." So I spent over $7 on a coffee I didn't receive. 30 minutes for a mobile order???? Seriously??? No sorry for the inconvenience?? I understand mornings at Starbucks are stressful but I will not be coming back here. Times should've been adjusted as my orders estimated time was when I originally showed up. Pretty disappointed in the service and paying for something I never got.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks I have ever encountered. Three times now I have placed a mobile order only to be told that there is a 45 minute wait time for all mobile orders.... WTF. They prioritize door dash orders over all others and could care less about customer service. The manager all three times was extremely nasty when requesting a refund. Don't go here unless you have hours on end to wait and get crappy drinks.
