Great pizza and nice service.However, inside the lights are way way too bright. I don't want to sit down and enjoy my pizza and feel like I'm in an operating room.Enjoy the low light atmosphere which is much more cozier.
The staff was definitely overwhelmed. They seemed short staffed the evening we arrived. I could see they were trying their best to fulfill orders quickly though. It was my husband and my first time. My parents really like the pizza and they have vegan options so we all went to try it. Unfortunately they mixed up the order. They forgot my online order without directly telling me. I gave them just about 45 minutes (their stated wait time), showed up, then was told 5 more minutes. Five minutes turned into 20. Pizza and mozzarella sticks were luke warm when I got home 8 minutes later.Guys... just be honest with me and I won't be so irritated. They should implement a system where if the timing goes past the 45 minute mark, give us like $5 off on that same order or something.
