Usually have no issues at this location but this evening when I went to pick up my order the woman behind the counter didn’t say one word to me the whole time I was there. No “hi, how can i help you?” not even a “thank you”. Just handed me my food & look irritated the whole time.I get home & my order was also slightly wrong… I ordered & paid for olives on my pizza, there was none. I ordered & paid extra for extra sauce on my wings, there was hardly a drizzle.Not sure what was up with them today but hopefully it was just an off day.

This is how my Italian Sub looked when I picked it up today. Hardly any meat or veggies . I used to go to the Germann location all the time and the food was amazing . This new Alma School location is horrible. Avoid this place

I go to Barros all over the valley for lunch as I work all over the valley. This was by far my worst experience. Usually it is great! The pizza was barely warm and had clearly been sitting there for awhile. The Pepsi barely had any syrup. I usually eat in my work vehicle so I wasn’t able to go tell the employee to give me new slices or hook a new syrup up to the machine. The store was almost completely empty with only 2 people other than me. Is it empty because this location sucks or is it just a new store? Idk but won’t be going back to thislocation. The girl that took my order was very nice and pleasant. Only reason I gave it 2 starts. Food was horrible!

They forgot my online order without directly telling me. I gave them just about 45 minutes (their stated wait time), showed up, then was told 5 more minutes. Five minutes turned into 20. Pizza and mozzarella sticks were luke warm when I got home 8 minutes later.Guys... just be honest with me and I won't be so irritated. They should implement a system where if the timing goes past the 45 minute mark, give us like $5 off on that same order or something.

Very frustrated. Waited 2 hours for our order. Email said it would be an hour. Called 1 hour and 10 minutes into the wait and was told it was out for delivery. After two hours I called and talked to the manager on duty. Told her to cancel the order. She then told me it had only been an hour. I offered to email the confirmation email. She said there’s no need and refunded my order. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this location. Love Barro’s but will NEVER eat at this location ??????Update: David (the driver) called and said he was 6 minutes out. Repeatedly apologized and was a very pleasant person to talk to. He apologized thon behalf of his manager for being rude. Thanks David. Barro’s need more people like you.Unfortunately still probably won’t get food from this location. Food cold and missing my garlic bread.

Great pizza and nice service.However, inside the lights are way way too bright. I don't want to sit down and enjoy my pizza and feel like I'm in an operating room.Enjoy the low light atmosphere which is much more cozier.

The staff was definitely overwhelmed. They seemed short staffed the evening we arrived. I could see they were trying their best to fulfill orders quickly though. It was my husband and my first time. My parents really like the pizza and they have vegan options so we all went to try it. Unfortunately they mixed up the order. We felt badly for them because other people were getting upset for waiting and mix ups. We didn't want to add to that stress. I hope they figured out what the problem was. I'll try them again but I'm not rushing over anytime soon. The place itself isn't bad spot for pizza, they have plenty of booths and space available.

No carbonation in the fountain, they make your salad in the back you can’t even tell them what you want on it, more interested in helping the next person instead of finishing your order and the slices are left out too long in the “heater” they were
