There’s usually a little Mexican lady that runs the drive-through and she is so sweet and so kind but today there was an Asian lady that was working The drive-through today She was so rude and so unkind. We get it you work at Carl’s Jr. and probably hate your job, but don’t take it out on everyone else. Show a little bit of kindness. I promise it will go a long way. I realize that I called them out by their ethnic description. However, no one wears name tags or else I would’ve done it that way.“

“This Wendy's should be the standard for all their restaurants. If your tired of your bad local Wendy's...this location is worth the trip. Service was better than expected. Very friendly. The food was hot, neatly assembled and tasty. This Wendy's was very clean and the condiments area was fully stocked and organized. Parking was adequate and the drive thru seemed to be moving quickly. Kudos to the management and employees at this Wendy's!“

“5/16/26 Tonight was much better! All because of one man. His name is Ricky. He greeted us the moment we entered and he took our order at the counter. He saw right away that we weren't comfortable with ordering from the kiosk. Ricky was extremely helpful and courteous. Old....>The problem with the service is not because of the people. The problem is that the customer is now forced to order from a screen. How long until the food is prepared by robots? I guess Taco Bell does not appreciate their employees.“

As some of you may know, my Mom passed away almost weeks ago, and yesterday was her funeral service. Today, I did an Online, carryout order for Pizza Hut because they had $5 lunch deals. When I pulled up, on my email, you can push--- I'M HERE. And they will bring the food out to your car. Well just as one of their associates came out to give me my food.... my Mother's (God rest her soul) FAVORITE SONG came on----- WE ARE FAMILY, and I just started BALLING 😭😭😭. I think I might have frightened her, so I explained that I just had Mom's funeral service yesterday, and it just so happens that her favorite song came on and that I miss her SOOOO much. Their associate was super compassionate and reassured me that everything was gonna be ok. Then I realized.....I added boneless wings (or so I thought) to my order but I did not see them in the bag. But it ended up being My mistake, not theirs. She asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting and that she could have her team make some in just 7 minutes. I told her---Yes. Please. .....And then 7 minutes later, another associate came out and gave me my wings and I drove home. Still crying. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 When I got home I opened the bag for the pizza. One was for me, the other for my son, Iszack. I gave it to him and started eating and forgot.....to open the 2nd bag. 😲 (Yes. I am a hot mess right now.) 🤭🤦 I opened the bag and there was a folded note FROM THE PIZZA HUT Employees, that I want to thank them PUBLICLY for taking a minute out of their day to make a World of difference, in mine! 🥰 A Special thanks to: Tyia, Jessica, Erica, and YOUR Pizza Hut family! My lunch was PERFECT. THANK YOU!!! 😭 Happy tears.“

“What ever young man was working around 1pm this past Thursday was amazing..as a person in herbal but especially for a young teen. We had a big order with picky vegan & vegetarian eaters.. he had full confidence, was efficient & nice. He wouldn't even take our tip at the end🙃“
