“I placed an order through the app last week around 9pm to get shakes for my boys. When I arrived, I was informed that the shake machine was down for the night and that I would need to request a refund through the app. No big deal—these things happen. I requested the refund and thought nothing more of it.

The next day, I received a personal text from the manager apologizing for not being able to fulfill my order. He let me know that I could come back anytime and get anything I wanted from the menu, free of charge. Although I don’t live near this location, I do pass by it often when traveling into the city.

We stopped by a few days later, and Vicky was on duty. She was the sweetest—extremely kind and apologetic (she apologized more times than I can count!) and went above and beyond to take care of us.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing. Thank you all for the spectacular service—we will definitely be back!“

“Listen, you can't have your hours posted online for all to look up. And then change it at the store, by putting up a paper sign. Yall know when the holidays are change ur hours in advance on the website. Or stick to the company wide policy. Just a thought.“

“About 12:30pm on a monday. No line, we went through the drive through. The girl who took our order was so nice and polite she remembered to ask for our rewards and got us $5 off the order. The fries and shake we ordered were fresh and delicious.“

There’s usually a little Mexican lady that runs the drive-through and she is so sweet and so kind but today there was an Asian lady that was working The drive-through today She was so rude and so unkind. “I tried Zaxby's about 4 years ago when I flew out to TN, really loved it then, have been raving about it for years. Now that they are in Arizona though, I decided to drive about 20 miles for it today. You have to understand, I had very high expectations. The experience EXCEEDED my expectations. “This Wendy's should be the standard for all their restaurants. If your tired of your bad local Wendy's...this location is worth the trip. Service was better than expected. Very friendly. The food was hot, neatly assembled and tasty. This Wendy's was very clean and the condiments area was fully stocked and organized. Parking was adequate and the drive thru seemed to be moving quickly.
