“I tried Zaxby's about 4 years ago when I flew out to TN, really loved it then, have been raving about it for years. Now that they are in Arizona though, I decided to drive about 20 miles for it today. You have to understand, I had very high expectations. The experience EXCEEDED my expectations. There’s usually a little Mexican lady that runs the drive-through and she is so sweet and so kind but today there was an Asian lady that was working The drive-through today She was so rude and so unkind. As some of you may know, my Mom passed away almost weeks ago, and yesterday was her funeral service. Today, I did an Online, carryout order for Pizza Hut because they had $5 lunch deals. When I pulled up, on my email, you can push--- I'M HERE. And they will bring the food out to your car. Well just as one of their associates came out to give me my food.... my Mother's (God rest her soul) FAVORITE SONG came on----- WE ARE FAMILY, and I just started BALLING 😭😭😭. I think I might have frightened her, so I explained that I just had Mom's funeral service yesterday, and it just so happens that her favorite song came on and that I miss her SOOOO much. Their associate was super compassionate and reassured me that everything was gonna be ok. Then I realized.....I added boneless wings (or so I thought) to my order but I did not see them in the bag. But it ended up being My mistake, not theirs. She asked me if I wouldn't mind waiting and that she could have her team make some in just 7 minutes. I told her---Yes. Please. .....And then 7 minutes later, another associate came out and gave me my wings and I drove home. Still crying. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 When I got home I opened the bag for the pizza. One was for me, the other for my son, Iszack. I gave it to him and started eating and forgot.....to open the 2nd bag. 😲 (Yes. I am a hot mess right now.) 🤭🤦 I opened the bag and there was a folded note FROM THE PIZZA HUT Employees, that I want to thank them PUBLICLY for taking a minute out of their day to make a World of difference, in mine! 🥰 A Special thanks to: Tyia, Jessica, Erica, and YOUR Pizza Hut family! My lunch was PERFECT. THANK YOU!!! 😭 Happy tears.“

“Ben did a phenomenal job with my catering order at Jersey Mike’s! As a sales representative, I frequently order lunches for medical offices, and this was one of the best experiences I’ve had.

Everything was organized efficiently in the boxes, making it incredibly easy to set up. The sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and a huge hit with all of the providers and staff at the doctor’s office where I hosted lunch.

“First off, I was a little disappointed that I didn’t get my $1 Enchiritos when I ordered online. I’ve seen the $1 offer available at other Taco Bell locations, but unfortunately, those locations aren’t close to me. I really wish this location offered the same deal! Also, taco bell is notorious for charging a lot of money for nothing to their food items...

The lady with the colored braids who helped us in the drive-thru was EXCEPTIONALLY nice! She was fast, friendly, welcoming, and had absolutely perfect customer service. Her personality was so genuinely pleasant that even my 12-year-old daughter commented on how lovely she was after we drove away! That alone says a lot because she clearly made an impression on both of us.
Her service was truly top-notch, and honestly, she is the reason I will come back to this Taco Bell. 🌮
Manager, if you’re reading this, PLEASE recognize her and seriously consider giving that young lady a raise! 😃 In today’s world, customer service like hers is becoming harder and harder to find, and hers was unmatched. When an employee can make such a positive impression during something as simple as a drive-thru visit that even your child notices, you know you have someone special representing your business.

“Friendly staff, fast service at the drive through, order was correct. One of our favorite Dairy Queen locations to go to! Never had an issue with any orders here. Inside the lobby is always clean with an air conditioned comfortable space to enjoy your ice cream. Clean bathrooms.“

“Their food is authentic and absolutely delicious. You can instantly tell it's not your average fast food place.
While it can get really expensive, if you stick to a simple meal you can have a great, worthwhile dining experience. The burgers are the main product here and it's immediately backed up by the care and flavor put into it. The cajun fries are positively addicting.
The service is nice. I've never had or heard of a negative experience with those workers involved. They're polite, happy, and modest, and it is clear the way they act and speak.
The atmosphere holds such a refreshing classic vibe to it. There's a lot to look at and read, from the posters on the walls to the awards and accolades. It's well-lit as well. I've had a great time every visit.“
