I tried Zaxby's about 4 years ago when I flew out to TN, really loved it then, have been raving about it for years. Now that they are in Arizona though, I decided to drive about 20 miles for it today. You have to understand, I had very high expectations. The experience EXCEEDED my expectations. Food and service was impeccable; the staff were extremely friendly and professional. Probably the best service I've ever had as far as fast food goes. Absolutely amazing.
Ordered boneless wings on door dash they didn’t have any so they sent traditional without even asking if it was okay
We went in around 5:30 tonight.Waited about 15 minutes in line to order. Total wait time till we got our food was an hour and a half. Im not complaining that was to be expected coming to a new place after just opening. Only reason for writing a review is because of Ethan. He said he's normally in the back and it was his first day on the floor.
