Quickly prepared
Tonight I went to KFC and even though I waited 15 minutes for nuggets, my food hadn't been handed to me. Maddie took care of me and made sure I got my food and gave a cake because I wanted so long. Excellent service, but the rest of the staff does need to stop goofing off. I've been in numerous times and observed this.
