Warmer inside than it is outside
I've ordered from this location many times and have never had a bad experience. The other day I had a special request, so after placing my order online I called to talk to someone and Alejandro answered the phone. He was very nice and, after checking, he apologized and politely declined my request stating that it is was something they weren't supposed to do. I then asked if I could speak with his manager. He put me on the phone with Marco, the manager, who was also very nice....read full review
