The other day I had a special request, so after placing my order online I called to talk to someone and Alejandro answered the phone. He was very nice and, after checking, he apologized and politely declined my request stating that it is was something they weren't supposed to do. I then asked if I could speak with his manager. Convince for the kids when on a budget but you want to give them a treat or for parties. Check your pizzas before you leave. I have experienced, not necessarily burnt, but over cooked pizza more than once. The pizzas were replaced with fresh out the oven pies and other than that, no complaints.

Made an online order for a specific time. Was done when I picked up but ordered 2 toppings on my pizza and only looked like only 1 and a half toppings was very light on one of my toppings. Pizza tasted good but could had been better with all the toppings on my pizza. Price was right not to expensive and service was good as well.
