Paid $60 for our family meal which was a waste I called to let them know that I want a refund and let them know that the chicken was bad I called six times when unable to get through

They usually say they’re out of things, like chicken, mashed potatoes, etc., but I think it’s just so they have an excuse to close early. Always dirty, workers act annoyed when you show up to give them business. I don’t know why I bother ordering they put what they feel like in the bag.

Made a mistake when I made an online order went to pick it up and asked if I can change it. I ordered chicken tenders by mistake I wanted a bucket of chicken. But nooo you can't change anything. I would of paid the difference. But no.

Kiddo and i were starving. So we both got 3 pc meal. Well we got 2 pieces. Was also supposed to make one pc in both orders an extra crispy since neither of us has had. Didnt realize it was wrong until we got home to apace junction. I paid 28 dollars for 4 pieces of chiken. Smh.
The worst KFC I've ever been to. Worst yet. It's the only one around. When they make chicken is so greasy it falls through the bottom of the box and tastes like the oil has never been changed someone just doesn't care. It's been this way since they opened unfortunately. But being a true KFC lover we never learn our lesson. I think I may not p.o.o.p. Right for a week. God help us if this is what KFC has come down to

This KFC on Combs rd will be closing the Their doors for good unless someone with business smarts takes over. When your food prices are way over inflated by double of what they should be, and you continue to operate at sub standards with piss poor decisions, then it's just a matter of time before your past customers are going to discover for themselves how easy it is to make your original recipe chicken for less than a fourth of the price you charge. When your website and the times listed on your door says that your open, and a customer sits in line waiting for their order to be taken, only to find that you actually don't open until 2 hours later is piss poor. I was only coming through for your gravy and coleslaw which looks like I'm going to need to find those copy cat recipes on line also. I've got your original recipe chicken perfected and even better since I've started using corn oil like they first started out decade's ago. The recipes online are very close to what I grew up with over 50 yrs ago. And I have a lrg pressure cooker to make it quickly. Actually we have had fun as a family giving us some fun as a family making it. I suggest that if you like the taste of KFC chicken, then save yourself some money during bidenomics and have fun and develop a skill at learning to make it better than they do today. Most household's already have the 11 herbs and spices.
